Next, take a jaunt through the La Grand-Place, a market square featuring architecture of an eclectic blend of Western artistic styles, which would lead you to the renowned Manneken Pis, a small sculpture depicting a naked boy urinating into a water fountain that represent the rebellious spirit of the city of Brussels.

Optional: Bruges

Kick off your morning with a visit to the windmills of Kinderdijk, a series of 19 working windmills that were built since the Middle Ages (1740). Gaze at the picture-perfect landscape that resembles a classic postcard scene of Holland, and if you are there at the right time, you may even catch the spectacular sight of all 19 windmills started up simultaneously. Thereafter, continue on to Rotterdam for an orientation tour of this major port city characterized by sleek, contemporary skyscrapers alongside bits and pieces of its maritime history.

Head out to Zaandam to visit Zaanse Schans, where you will be presented with an idyllic scene of traditional windmills, barns, cottages and museums that is built in typical Dutch wooden architectural style. Watch how cheese and clog shoes are made in demonstrations by expert craftsmen skilled in these traditional Dutch crafts.
Proceed to Aalsmeer today to drop in on one of the biggest flower auction in the world and be bowled over by the sheer quantities of flowers that come in all sorts of varieties and colours. Immerse yourself in the exciting frenzy at the auction floor as traders bid against the clock, or simply stroll around for an eye-opening experience into the world of flowers. Next, you will visit the city of Amsterdam to enjoy a guided tour; enjoy the hustle and bustle of Dam Square and discover the rich history of the majestic Royal Palace of Amsterdam. Glide past archaic bridges and quaint buildings as you board a glass-domed cruise though Amsterdam’s famous canals before ending the day with a trip to a diamond factory. Transfer to Apeldoorn in the morning and embark on a sightseeing tour of the city, which includes the grand summer residence of the royal family, Het Loo Palace. Start your exploration of Otterlo next, with the first stop at one of Holland’s largest nature reserves, De Hoge Veluwe National Park. Stroll through the 5,500 hectares of flora and fauna, and you will soon arrive at the Kröller- Müller Museum, where you will be treated to a delightful sculpture garden and the world’s largest private Van Gogh collection. Last but not least, make your way to Utrecht, an old medieval city spread out around beautiful canals. Catch a glimpse of the magnificent St. Martin’s Cathedral, a lavishly decorated church that best exemplifies classic Gothic architecture in the Netherlands.
Take a side trip out to Delft and pay a visit to the Royal Delft, the last remaining Delftware factory that was established in the 17th century.
