We took the Turkey tour in Aug.. The itinerary was good, with a variety of things to see and do, and no pushy sales at shopping areas. Most importantly, the tour guides, both local (Steven) and from Turkey (Servat), took very good care of me and my mum when we fell sick during the trip. They also accommodated a member's last min request to include balloon chasing tour, which was really nice although I was too sick to join that morning. Overall, enjoyed the tour despite falling sick. Would go with EU holiday again if I am looking for tours! Thanks Steven and Servat!

We joined a 11d8n Turkey tour in Oct 2019. tour leader: wei long local tour guide: Mehmet That's a wonderful trip and we had a great experience. we were impressed with their services and competency of tour leader and local tour guide. Thanks to them, we always got the best view in the hotel. Especially for those with beautiful sea, they purposely arrange an early check-in so that we can enjoy the view. This is all well planned, and we are very grateful especially when we saw someone from other tour company check-in late. what a waste. Food is awesome, the local tour guide brought us to very unique restaurant, not only food is nice but with a very nice view as well. thanks EU Holiday. PS: Buy Carpet and ManuAtelier bag, you will not regret it.

Tour name: 10D7N Amazing Turkey Travel date: 06SEP2019 - 14SEP2019 Tour manager: Kenneth Ng / Rukiye I would like to especially acknowledge some wonderful people who made this trip very memorable. Our Tour Manager Kenneth Ng was very generous and thoughtful, plying us with delectable snacks every morning, chilli sauce and mooncakes to celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival at the Chinese Restaurant on our final night. When I fell and injured my knee both he and Rukiye were very helpful and kind. Kenneth was always there throughout the rest of the trip to offer his strong hand to help with my luggage and help me up & down the coach. He made a special trip to the pharmacy and gifted me with a much needed knee guard for my swollen knee. Both he & Rukiye kept enquiring about my condition. I would also like to thank very much the restaurant manager of the Best Western Premier at Cappadocia who provided me with ice compresses from the time of my arrival to when we departed from the hotel. At breakfast, he sought me out to tell me that he had already given my guide ice compresses which I could use through the day. He even assured me that even if I needed any more, his staff would provide me with the ice compress even late at night. This injury was distressing for me and an inconvenience to many around me, but I saw the best of their sincere kindness, provision and hospitality. Kenneth also stayed in touch with me when we returned to enquire about my condition, advise me and he promptly sent me an accident report to facilitate my medical claims. He is a very meticulous & careful Tour Manager who would send us a WhatsApp message every night to tell us his room#, our itinerary for the following day, predicted weather conditions and what we needed to prepare or how to dress. Kenneth, Rukiye & our driver Mr Sardik were an excellent team that took us safely to visit all the lovely places and share their knowledge of the rich history of the Byzantine & Ottoman empires, the Turkish economy and culture. Rukiye also shared generously from her knowledge of Islamic philosophy, Greek & Roman mythology and readings of Homer's Iliad & The Odyssey. Mine was not the only medical situation on this trip and Kenneth was very attentive to the needs of that person making accommodations to help also. My husband & I would love to travel with Kenneth again.

Everyday bring us different snacks /tidbits! During our last day it's mid autumn festival, he even surprise us with mooncake! Good job Kenneth! Really appreciate everything little actions you have done, beyond extra mile! During this 10D7N trip you make us feel so safe to travel, making the effort to remember our name just a few hours knowing us and even recognize our luggage ensuring we will not lose our luggage!! 10D7N Amazing Turkey (8-17 June 2019)was truly an amazing and enriching experience. The itinerary was tight given that we had only 7 nights but was well planned and executed. The local guide was knowledgeable and the hotels and food were excellent. Everything went smoothly. Tour: 10D Turkey (8 Jun to 17 Jun 2019), Tour Manager: Kenneth Ng. It is my 3rd trip with EU. It is a wonderful trip. I love Turkish food, the hotel buffet dinner is fantastic and the desserts are so good. In Cappadocia the view from the hotel is unforgettable. The local guide is patient, friendly and the driver is so reliable. Our tour manager Kenneth Ng is caring, helpful and efficient. During our 4-wheel drive trip, he bought us cups of hot tea as it was very windy and also raining heavily, thank you so much… And I have a surprise birthday cake for my birthday too… The hotel dinner compensated the long hours of traveling between city to city, anyway, Turkey is beyond my expectation.
