Assemble at the airport and take-off to the vibrant seaside city of Helsinki, capital of Finland.
Once you arrive, meet up with a local city guide for a sightseeing tour around the alluring city. Drive past the bustling Market Square and absorb its scents, sounds and atmosphere, then drop by the Senate Square for a unique and cohesive spread of neoclassical architecture, where you can take in the sights of the Helsinki Cathedral, the Government Palace, the National Library of Finland and the main building of the University of Helsinki all in one place. Continue on to the Sibelius Monument, a structure resembling organ pipes that is dedicated to world famous composer Jean Sibelius. Last but not least, visit the Temppeliaukio Church, where the interior walls are created naturally by rock, giving rise to its nickname as the 'Rock Church'. Note: There will only be view of Roch Church if is close when we are there.
Enjoy the day free at leisure to explore Helsinki on your own, where there's plenty to do and see. You may wish to take up an optional excursion to Tallinn, the capital city of Estonia, via ferry for the rich cultural scene and the stunning medieval and historical structures.
Board a domestic flight to Ivalo, a small village in the municipality of Inari in Finland that is home to the northernmost airport in Finland and the whole of Europe. We will drive up north and cross border into Norway, reaching Kirkenes, a small town but famous for its king crab. Tonight, embark on a phenomenal King Crab Safari with Aurora Hunting, where you will get a chance to catch the Northern Lights and the Arctic King Crab with your own hands (metaphorically, not literally) and savour the freshly cooked and delicious king crabs that weigh up to 15 kilograms in weight. Depending on the weather conditions, you will head out to the fjord either by snowmobile sledge or boat. Indulge in a hearty dinner and savour the sweet freshness of your king crab. Note: The appearance of the Northern Lights cannot be guaranteed as it is a naturally occurring phenomenon and is subject to weather conditions
Enjoy a scenic drive along the way with a gorgeous scenery featuring the snowcapped mountains and crystal-blue fjords of Norway before you cross the border back into Saariselka, Finland. This afternoon, get set for a night of wonder as we make arrangements for you to stay in a comfortable and unique glass igloo for tonight’s accommodation. Be mesmerized by the clear starry skies as you cuddle up in the warm, toasty bed, and admire the unmarred beauty of the surrounding snowy landscapes. If conditions permit and sighting is good, take a walk in search of the Northern Lights with your Tour Manager.
Your day of adventure begins with a visit to a husky dog farm, where you will be greeted with the sight of these friendly and enthusiastic dogs. Discover more about these amazing huskies as well as life on the farm, before taking off on a husky safari where they bring you racing through the layers of snow. After dinner, embark on a thrilling Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) chase as you move around on snowmobiles through the dark landscape. If Lady Luck is on our side, you will be able to witness Earth’s most magnificent and colourful lights show – a once-in-a-lifetime experience you will never forget. Note: Snow activities are subject to weather conditions. Should husky and snowmobile cannot take place due to insufficent snow, there will be a refund of 150$ EU Voucher per husky safari / snowmobile activity. Only two persons to each snowmobile, and the driver must be 18 years old and above with a valid driving license.
Fulfil your childhood dreams as we depart for Rovaniemi, the official hometown of Santa Claus and land of fairytales. Pay a visit to Santa Claus Village where you can peruse through the numerous souvenir shops and send a postcard from the Santa’s Main Post Office to receive a special Arctic Circle stamp. You will also be awarded with an Arctic Circle Crossing Certificate as proof of your journey across the Arctic Circle. On top of that, meet Santa Claus in the Christmas House of the Santa Claus Holiday Village and receive a lasting memory of the meeting in the form of a high quality photo. Last but not least, embark on an unforgettable reindeer sleigh ride and grab the opportunity to earn your very own reindeer driving license. Tonight, join us for a Northern Light Chase by bus with a Professional Photographer and seek out together for the mysterious green light everyone wants to see. And if luck is with you, get ready for an amazing light show to remember!
Enjoy a free day in Rovaniemi where there is alot of activities waiting for you to choose and join! You can have a walk on snowshoes and play in the snow and explore the forests, or join a professional fishing guide to the frozen lake and learn how to do ice fishing. You can also choose to learn how to ski at Ounasvaara Ski Resort, or visit the Santa Park also known as the cavern of Santa Claus, or take a horse riding into the arctic nature, or a day tour to the Ranua Wildlife Park, or even a ice-karting race! If you are coming from mid december onwards, you could even have chance to join an ice breaker cruise! There is certainly something for everyone to do.
Today morning, experience a never before arctic ice floating! Don’t fear the cold as you are totally protected with high quality rescue suit. Let your body and mind float, enjoy this frozen adventure. This guided adventure is safe with a high-quality rescue suit that covers your whole body and keeps you dry. My daughter Rachel and I had just returned from a 10D7N Finland/Norway tour from 8/11 to 16/11/19. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Our group gelled so well together. We had Filippino and Cambodian Chinese in our group. What a good mix! BUT nothing beats without a good tour guide, Jeremiah Tan!Two weeks before departure, he called us and told us he would set up a whatsapp group nearer to the departure date. On 1/11, he set up the group and sent us the full itinerary, the hotel list, where and time to meet at airport, the weather forecast at Helsinki and even sent us a picture of the layers to put on to keep ourselves warm in the freezing cold. On top of that he even sent us the link on the aurora apps on probabilities of aurora happenings. It seemed he never ever missed out on anything that the group needed. He was so detailed.Yes, on the 1st night at the King Crab Safari, we had our first ever sighting of the aurora. Jeremiah was just as excited as the group. He was so busy taking photos of us, lying on the snow just to capture the right angle. Most of the memorable moments were captured by him like a Pro.Even before we reached another place, he would first forewarn us of the weather, what to expect and so on. I have met good tour leaders in some of my past holidays but there is something that Jeremiah did that most of the other guides did not. He would go to great length of sending to the group pictures, details, directions of restaurants and nearby places that we could go. Not only once but to every place/hotel, he would see that we were all fully informed of where to shop and where to get the food. He even recommended where to have the best beef steak, salmon etc. Wow! That really made our day!Throughout the journey in the coach, he would relate his past encounters with other groups, his personal ones too and told us lots of humorous stories that turned us pinkin our laughter. To sum it up, Jeremiah is very professional and experienced in his work. Rachel and I really had a wonderful and enjoyable time on this trip. Honestly our whole group truly enjoyed every moment of this holiday. I will definitely join EU for my next holiday and strongly recommend Jeremiah Tan to my friends.

Ive been so blessed to witness God's wonderful creation through this tour. The heaven is declaring God's glory through His awesome creation particularly when i was able to see the northern lights. i was overly amazed with the view and I cant contain my joy and excitement for this experience. I loved every activity we had and I had so much fun. I was also blessed to meet new friends and had a good bonding moments with them.I also would like to commend our Tour Manager Jeremiah Tan for the job well done. He took care of us very well from the start until we came back home here in SG. Attended every needs of the group and appreciated his effort of not making us bored in the trip. He is kind and approachable. One thing that he stands out for me during the trip was that he was very patient in capturing photos for us. He even lied down in the snow just to capture good photos with the Aurora. He is not only our tour guide but as our camera man as well. All the photos from him are very clear and nice which made us so happy and satisfied. Thank you Jeremiah.I would recommend this tour to my other friends and I will definitely choose EU travel for my next trip.

I recommend Jeremiah! It is my first time traveling with a tour group andJeremiah made the experience enjoyable and fulfilling. He is a perfect example of going the extra mile. One of the items on my to-do list was to be able to visit pet stores during our stops at the different states. He provided addresses and directions to what I needed! Thanks, Jeremiah!

I don’t use Facebook much but wanted to log in just to share my experience upon the conclusion of the 10D Finland Norway tour with Jeremiah Tan.I was rather wary of group tours as there are lots of factors beyond one control such as group dynamics and of course, the tour manager. It didn’t take long into the trip for me to be assured that under Jeremiah’s care, this would be a great trip.Jeremiah looks out for us at every moment, doing everything from ensuring that we didn’t leave our belongings behind to trudging through deep snow to scrape snow off a signboard so that we can take photos with it. Where possible, he ensures that our memories are captured well by taking time to take photos of us when it is hard for us to do so (such as when we are in an artic survival suit!).The overall trip was well managed and though we had long days at times, Jeremiah always managed our expectations well in advance and also brought the right energy when needed, even when he may be tired himself.Thank you, Jeremiah, for a great trip! Also special kudos to our amazing driver, Margus, ever so careful on the road (even in a whiteout condition), moving our luggages with no complaints, and always there for us to keep us warm and safe from the blistering cold (that went down to minus 25 degrees Celsius at one point). Thanks to everyone else in the group as well, for being considerate, patient and easy-going – making this a wonderful trip for all of us.Will look forward to my next trip with Jeremiah.
