My first tour experiences to Europe were pleasant, smooth and enjoyable journey with the professional leading of our assigned tour manager, Tammy Tan. She had always been caring to all of us. I joined this tour group alone without friends and family members. Thus, Tammy would ask me to join her and the driver for a meal or two to keep me feel comfortable and accepted in a tour group. Sometimes, she would pass us some biscuits and shared her food. Besides, she was very eloquent in her speech and shared every knowledge she knew about what were required of us to know. She maintained her professionalism by ensuring every journey was smooth at all times. She would remind us to be safe and alert wherever we were. This was something which I felt impressed and respected her for as compared from my past experiences with other tours. Most importantly, Tammy did her job to the best of her capabilities which reflected her love for her career. Thanks to EU Holidays! I look forward for the next tour with EU once again.

Without a doubt, if you get a responsible, dedicated and knowledgable tour manager like Jiafu! Yep, it is Group 1's maiden tour group experience, and we have nothing but endless gratitude to be with such a fun-loving and cooperative group! Looking forward to the next trip with EU.

The tour manager Jiafu was great! Very detailed with his instructions and he sends us messages on top of the briefings. He also goes the extra mile to help clients with our multiple requests and questions. Experienced tour guide that made the trip more enjoyable and fun! He also does a great job with his endless narrative of places we’ve been plus tonnes of additional info! The itinerary was good but may be less suitable for elders as there was a lot of walking given that it’s. Train tour + public transport to Switzerland in December. Could have been better if coupled with some coaches here and there. The hotels in general were ok but there was one hotel that was horrendous that was rundown and old. The lift even blacked out on and off and it felt like a hostel more than anything else. Considering the prices we’ve paid I didn’t expect to be put in such a hotel. I understand companies are cutting costs to recoup losses during Covid and I’ve travelled many times with EU precovid. This is the first time I’ve been so disappointed by the accommodation.
