Besides being attentive, responsive as well as sharing with us the itinerary details, what to eat/ buy/ look out for the day, most importantly, Connie assisted us in taking nice family or group photos. Our 11D 9N tour to Switzerland was very enjoyable. We were blessed with snowy weather and thoroughly enjoyed sledging in the snow. The places we visited were beautiful and interesting.Our tour manager Connie Hay was an extremely efficient tour guide. It was a breathtaking experience with slush snowfall, magnificent snowy mountains, steering sledge, scrumptious meals and comfortable beds. We are blessed to have a gentle and cautious bus captain who keeps us safe. Of course not forgetting our Tour Manager, Jiafu. He is simply awesome. Before the trip he helps us with application of PCR, ART, QR code etc. During the trip, he looks into minute details every day and night; ensure our safety; most importantly he is so well versed about Switzerland and can just talk non stop about it. I want to make a mention here that in order for my elderly mum to board and alight the tour bus with ease, Jiafu had arranged a wooden stool for her to step on. This was really heartwarming. Thank you Jiafu for making this a memorable holiday for both my mum and I. We had a great time! After almost 2 years of Covid, my husband and I decided to join 11D8N Switzerland dream tour with EU Holidays from 3 Jan -13 Jan 2022The tour group was lead by tour Manager Ong Kah Hoo (JiaFu)Kah Hoo was not only dedicated at his job but worked with a passion from his heart.He knows how to respect the elderly. He is kind and patient and is able to meet their needs. Really appreciate that!To the whole tour group, he has done his best to fulfil our needs and answer every inquiry we had. With more than a decade of working experience in his profession and bilingualism, he’s able to explain our tour itinerary, it’s history in details and clarity. That’s impressive!Kah Hoo is a people-oriented person, he relates well with people and he served his customers well, making our trip so pleasant and enjoyable.Safety first! Kah Hoo will constantly giving the group gentle reminder to our personal safety and well-being, and to comply with Switzerland and Local Covid regulations so that we can enjoy the trip despite Covid/Omicron situations. He will also ensure the seats in the coach are disinfected every morning! Kah Hoo has the leadership capability, he’s able to pick up someone in our group to support him in building team spirit where we help one another.At the Sledge on day 6 @ Mt. Bussalp, Kah Hoo is patient and coach the group with clear safety instructions so we can sledge safely and enjoy the fun!Shopping – Kah Hoo’s experiences and knowledges of various goods gave him the credit and ability to help us understand and purchase things that are value for money.Resolving issues – Kah Hoo is quick to respond to customers’ feedback, He is wise in handling with unforeseen situations, eg. Handling his customer’s disappointment with regards to the dinner arrangement arranged by the company/Hotel accommodation arrangements. He guides the group step by step patiently in ART test, various complicated submissions to both Switzerland and Singapore ICA. Appreciate his effort!I sincerely thank Kah Hoo for taking care of us during this trip and making it a memorable one. I believe Kah Hoo is definitely a valuable asset to EU Holiday and should be cherished by the companyLastly, I wish Kah Hoo and EU Holiday a very happy Chinese New Year 2022!

Tour : Switzerland Departure date : 3/1/2022 Tour Manager : Wang Jia Fu , Michael This is my first time with EU holidays, I was skeptical. WHAT  VTL ??     What GOOD  guide ‘    Name  : Jia Fu… ??   Ha…who? Indeed, this was a Amazing  and Memorable journey!! His planning is awesome - Before trip briefing is important and to the point. He brief precisely what to do for VTL and even through detail messages after the briefing. Journey’s itinerary are all covered and well Spaced.  We all enjoyed the sight seeing and don’t feel the rush. His executions  are Swiss precision. All luggages arrives on time,  all group mates arrived safely , comes back safely. Coach driver relationships are super harmonious. His sharing of historic & economic backgrounds are interesting and relates well to locations !! Jia Fu’s actions were with kindness. I  watched him cares and enable a Senior aged 85 to complete our  journey.  She  can even delivered an unplanned , heartfelt thank-you speech. It took me just to write a fair statement, but it took him 11 days of care and attention. Jia fu’s  deliveries is with Love.   He explained why every trip is important to every members of the trip, what if someone last trip or last wishes. So he make sure he do his best. Which reminded me about the intentions of my own profession. Actions with Love.   A good reminder indeed. I would strongly recommend EU Holidays and especially with Jia Fu , Micheal . We just got back from a 11 day Dream tour to Switzerland led by Wang Jia Fu.It’s my hubby and I first time traveling with EU hence expectations were pretty low. However, Jia Fu’s sincerity, professionalism and knowledge proved other wise.Honestly, where would you find a Tour Leader that still sends you reminder to do ART after the tour ends?Only Jia Fu.Which tour leader goes room to room when you can’t read German to submit a COVID Form.Only Jia Fu.Which Tour leader takes care of a lovely 85yr old Aunty without compromising his professionalism with the rest of the tour members.Only Jia Fu.The list goes on…. Keep up the good work Jia Fu. Continue to set the high Benchmark for this industry.One other point, please do add more Meals to the package. It saves us from eating food we don’t like. Maybe one or two Chinese Or Thai food.Thanks once again for. Job well done Jia Fu.Oh a message just came in from Jia Fu again… have you sign up for ART… hahaha.Alex and Lisa

Kevin is a really great and fun tour manager and all of us had a great time with him. Very careful and detailed planning by Kevin allowed us to do all the things stated in the tour schedule even though it was over the Christmas holiday in Switzerland where some places were closed. Looking forward to another trip with Kevin as our guide!
