Spend your first day in Nice's
beautiful old town and see why
this city is referred to as "Nissa La
Bella". You'll start at Place Massena
and venture into the charming
streets of Old Nice and see the
Opera, the antique market, and
the St Reparate Cathedral. Then
enjoy exploring the beautiful
coastal town at your own leisure.
Before arriving in Monaco, you
will stop at the picturesque village
of Eze. Dating from the Middle
Ages, Eze was a fort built on a
rocky peak for defensive purposes
and was dismantled in 1706 by
the order of Louis XIV. Visit the
famous Fragonard Parfumeur
and discover the history of
perfume-making from its
beginnings to the present day.
Continue to the Principality of
Monaco and the famous city of
Monte Carlo. You will stroll through
the streets of the old town, see
the Prince’s Palace, the Courthouse,
the Cathedral, the Palais du
Casino as well as a beautiful view
of the Mediterranean Sea. You'll
have a free afternoon to enjoy
the city, the beach or embark on
an optional experience to the
medieval hill-top village of
Saint Paul de Vence.

Today drive along the Bay of
Cannes, before arriving at the
glamorous resort town of Saint
Tropez. Discover the remains of
ancient walls, see the landmark
Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption
and its colourful bell tower.
Thereafter, make your way to the
seaside town of Port Grimaud.
Spend some time free at leisure
to marvel at the Venetian-style
canals and their unique,
Provencal-style fishermen
houses. Tonight, check into your
hotel in Marseilles.
Travel to Aix-en-Provence to see
the sumptuous mansions lining
the Cours Mirabeau. Snap a
photo of Aix Cathedral, built on
the site of a 1st-century Roman
forum. Try calisson, a candy made
from candied fruit and ground
almonds. Next up is a trip to the
L’Occitane Factory – a renowned
French beauty brand. Tour its
production line rooms and learn
how L’Occitane harvests and
distils the organic ingredients
from the area. Later, arrive to
riverside Avignon and see the
famous Pont d’Avignon, the
impressive city walls and the
Papal Palace.
Park on your way to the hilltop
village of Gordes. Visit the
picturesque Senanque Abbey on
your way. Founded in the 12th
century, it is still home to a
community of monks, which
grows lavender (seasonal) and
makes honey. Afterwards, enjoy
some free time at Gordes, a village
built on the foothills of the Monts
of Vaucluse, facing the Luberon,
Gordes is one of the most
well-known and beautiful villages
in the region. Next, indulge in the
aromatic fields of lavender in
Provence. These purple blossoms
come into bloom during the
summer months, forming a
stunning picture that lasts in
your memory for a lifetime.
Note: The lavender field tour is only
available during the lavender blooms period
(approximately from June through
August). It is highly seasonal and
dependent on the weather conditions.
This morning we visit the impressive
Pont du Gard – an ancient Roman
aqueduct bridge, still standing
since the 1st century AD that
cross the Gardon River. After
which, travel to Arles and take in
the sights of the first century
Roman Amphitheatre and to
discover the profound influence
Aries had on Vincent Van Gogh.
Journey on to the Carcassonne,
one of the biggest and
best-preserved fortified cities in Europe, with 53 watchtowers and
1.5 miles of ramparts open to the
public. Explore this real-life Magic
Kingdom with a Local guide and
uncover its rich history, dating
back to the pre-Roman period.
Depart to Spain, stop at the city of
Girona, one of the most impressive
historic center's in Catalonia. You
will explore the numerous filming
locations of the sixth season of
the Game of Thrones. Get lost in
a maze of narrow streets, and
venture into the best-preserved
Jewish Quarter in Europe. Admire
the Girona Cathedral, home to
the widest Gothic nave in the
world. Marvel at the brightly
colored houses on the banks of
the Onyar River where you will
also get to see the Palanques
Vermelles Bridge. Afterwards,
spend some free time at leisure
exploring the heart of Barcelona,
where you can do some shopping
along the most famous boulevard
Las Ramblas.
Enjoy a free day at leisure for
some shopping or sightseeing at
your pleasure. Take the time to
explore other hidden gems of
Barcelona, or pay a visit to one of
the many museums in the city.
You may wish to join an optional

Milà and an outlet shopping
spree at La Roca Village.
