Upon arrival, embark on a San Francisco half-day city tour, where you will see the Golden Gate Bridge, roam the streets of Chinatown, drive past Coit Tower, Palace of Fine Arts and Civic Centre. Witness one of the world's most crooked street, Lombard Street. Throughout the tour, you will be able to know more interesting stories about the city’s history and ever-evolving culture. Have some free time at Pier 39 and thereafter enjoy a sumptuous Dungeness Crab dinner.
After breakfast, travel to a World Heritage site, Yosemite National Park. As we enter the national park, marvel at the breath-taking view of the Valley from the Tunnel View. Make a stop at Sentinel Bridge and see the Half Dome together with the reflection in the Merced River. Walk to see the highest waterfall in the national park, Yosemite Falls and spot for rock climbers at El Capitan Meadow.
Today, as we travel down to Laughlin, make a stop at the Outlets at Barstow for some shopping. Many designer labels such as Calvin Klein, Coach and Timberland will be up for grabs as there will have huge discounts going on. Continue on to Laughlin and rest for the night.
Today we will visit one of the seven natural wonders of the world – ‘Grand Canyon’. Prepare for the awe-inspiring beauty of the Grand Canyon which had been carved by force of the Colorado river, wind and time. Feel the majesty of the canyon as you stand before the South Rim, one of the most scenic sections in the park. Short walk to Yavapai Point, which is considered one of the most popular spots to enjoy the beauty of what nature has created.
Journey to one of the most iconic attractions in the world, Horseshoe Bend. See where Colorado makes a 270 degree turn in the form of a naturally carved towering rock pillar. You will take a short walk to the edge and enjoy this jaw-dropping view. Thereafter, enjoy an unforgettable visit to the Lower Antelope Canyon, a beauty by itself and also a popular photographers' spot in the American West. As you make your way through this mystical slot canyon, you will be overpowered by the sheer beauty of the sandstone wall contours as it waves around you. The serenity within this spiritual haven is simply soul replenishing. Up next, head to Bryce Canyon National Park, located in Southwestern Utah. Admire the distinctive geological structures called 'hoodoos', which are formed by frost weathering and stream erosion of the river and the lakebed. The different colours, such as red, orange and white, of the rocks provide spectacular views.
After breakfast, move on to Salt Lake City, Utah’s capital. Explore the city by visiting the State Capitol Building, an awe-inspiring building that proudly sits high on the Capitol Hill overlooking the city. A stately Corinthian, neo-classical revival style building, constructed mostly of native granite. Proceed to the city’s main focal point Temple Square and visit the impressive Tabernacle. Walk the lovely gardens and view the imposing 19th century Salt Lake Temple and the gothicstyled Assembly Hall. Take a view of the largest saltwater lake in the Western Hemisphere, Great Salt Lake, which is also the eighth largest terminal lake in the world. It is called “America's dead sea” and is 10 times saltier than the ocean!
Featuring some of the country’s most dramatic scenery with mountains that led to the creation of Grand Teton National Park, you will find spectacular snow-capped alpine terrain peaks with their profiles reflected in pristine fjord-like lakes and a slow flowing river. No matter which season, enjoy the serenity of this remarkable park which presents an array of sights, smells, sounds, and outdoor activities.
Head for Yellowstone National Park, the world’s first national park and home to one of the world’s largest calderas with over ten thousand thermal features, and more than 300 geysers and 290 waterfalls. First stop, Artist Point, the viewpoint of Lower Falls which flows 308 feet down to the Yellowstone River. Next stop will be the Norris Geyser Basin. One of the largest thermal basins and most active hydrothermal area in Yellowstone National Park. It is also one of the most volatile. Mammoth Hot Springs are a must-see feature in Yellowstone National Park because it is so different from other thermal area as the limestone is a relatively soft type of rock which allows the travertine formations to grow much faster than other sinter formations. It has been described as looking like a cave turned inside out.
This morning be awed by the Grand Prismatic Spring, United States’ largest hot spring with gorgeous vivid colours caused by microbial mats. Make a stop at the Upper Geyser Basin and marvel at the world famous Old Faithful Geyser, which erupts at an average of 20 times a day and shooting water and steam up to 180 feet!
Visit the Zion Canyon National Park. The sandstone mountains carved by the forces of erosion created this range of cathedral shaped monoliths, some rising more than 2,000 feet above the Virgin River basin. Drive into the scenic Mount Carmel Tunnel that cuts through Zion National Park and be awed by the striking landscapes of soaring cliffs and stone towers carved out by rushing streams over millions of years. Bask in the vibes of Las Vegas and spend the day exploring the Las Vegas Boulevard that is lined with upscale casino hotels. With neon signs and dancing fountains along an eight-mile stretch of awesome, the strip delivers sensory overload.
Bid farewell to Las Vegas and depart for Los Angeles. Shop till you drop at the largest collection of luxury outlets in Citadel Outlets, where you will find the best deals on designer brands such as Coach, Nike, Guess and many more! Proceed to the airport for your flight back home.
