Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport and take-off to the fashion capital of Italy, Milan.

Start off your day with an orientation tour around the city of Milan. Make your way to the Sforza Castle, a majestic fortress where noble lords of Milan used to reside. Drop by the grandiose Milan Cathedral for shots of the elaborate Gothic exterior façade. Next, take a leisure stroll through the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II for some brief shopping, which will then lead you to Piazza della Scala – where a statue monument of Leonardo da Vinci is located. Stop by the lavish La Scala Opera House for some pictures at one of the leading opera and ballet theatres in the world. Thereafter, spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure, shopping or sightseeing in Milan before proceeding for dinner (pizza and pasta). You may wish to make an optional visit to Lake Como or the city of Lugano before you end your day.

Optional : Lake Como & cruise

Make your way to the heart of Venice via a private water taxi, a unique and effective means of transport for a city built on water. Then, set off on a guided tour around St. Mark’s Square and to the famous cathedral church St. Mark’s Basilica – nicknamed the ‘church of gold’ due to its opulent design and gold ground mosaics. Swing by the Doge’s Palace and the Bridge of Sighs, two of Venice’s main landmarks, for some breathtaking pictures to bring back as mementos. Lastly, visit a glass blowing factory to learn more about the art of Murano glassmaking, an elite trade unique to Venice.

Optional: Gondola Ride

Spend the day in shopping heaven at the The Mall. With great buys of up to 70% discount from prominent brands like  Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Coach, Fendi, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, no one is likely to leave empty-handed. Drive through the coastal region of Western Tuscany and stop over at Pisa’s Piazza del Miracoli to round up the day with their iconic trio attractions: the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Baptistry and the Duomo. Head to the La Spezia region for your overnight stay.

Brighten your morning by proceeding on to the main highlight of this trip, Cinque Terre – an enchanting cluster of villages perched on the rugged peaks along the Italian Riviera coastline. Begin with the Monterosso al Mare, the largest of the five villages and embark on a boat tour (or train ride) to Manarola. Take a jaunt down the Via dell’Amore, otherwise known as the ‘Pathway of Love’, and enjoy the beautiful landscapes and amorous grafitti along the path. Upon reaching the end of the path, you will find yourself in the village of Riomaggiore, boasting of romantic vistas over the Mediterranean Sea. Next, travel to Tuscany, often referred to as the birthplace of Italian Renaissance and the famous Chianti wine. You may wish to make an optional visit to Florence before you retire for the night.

Optional: Florence Tour

Escape from the city and make your way to the picturesque Medieval Village in Chiantishire, a delightful stretch of countryside located in Siena that is popular among the wealthy British. Explore the winding streets in the Historic Centre of Siena, a well-preserved city that was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Stop by the Siena Cathedral, one of Italy’s top Gothic cathedrals decorated with intricate carvings and statues. Capture stunning photos at the Piazza del Campo; known for its architectural beauty as one of Europe’s greatest medieval squares, and to see the Palazzo del Comune; a Renaissance structure otherwise known as the Town Hall. Then, visit one of the renowned Chianti vineyards in Central Tuscany and learn about Chianti wine-making, and a taste of one of the most famous and appreciated wines around the world. Proceed to Tuscany for the night.

Travel southwards to Rome and start off with a guided tour in the Colosseum, the largest amphitheatre ever built with a capacity of up to 80,000. Visit the Vatican City – a walled enclave within Rome and feast your eyes upon St. Peter’s Basilica, a Catholic shrine renowned for its Renaissance architecture. View ‘The Pieta’, a magnificent work done by Renaissance sculptor Michelangelo, as well as other Italian works of art housed within the Basilica. Then, marvel at the masterpiece of the Trevi Fountain, the city’s largest Baroque fountain.

Enjoy a free day of leisure for some shopping or sightseeing at your pleasure in Rome. You may wish to make an optional tour of Rome and its surrounding where you can explore the much lesser known but beautiful part of the capital.

This is my first solo trip and also my first tour with EU Holidays. Went on the trip with an open mind and didn't expect the trip to be delightfully fun and relaxing. Am really glad that the weather was unexpectedly kind to us throughout the trip.Tammy, our tour manager, constantly went the extra mile to ensure that the needs of all tour members were met and did not hesitate to flexibly adjust the itinerary based on weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances. We had an impromptu day trip to visit Pompeii, an ancient Roman town-city in Naples. As lunch was not included in this last-minute day trip, Tammy treated us all a free lunch at Hotel Vittoria, out of her pocket expense. Food was really good..the mussels served were great!Tammy ensured that special requests were being catered to, without causing disturbance to the tour programme. During some parts of the trip, long walks and climbs were part and parcel to fully appreciate the places of interest. Tammy made alternative arrangements for senior tour members who could not withstand prolonged walking. It was also exceptionally sweet of her, making special arrangements by surprising members who were celebrating their birthdays for the month. All in all, great local guides as all of them were really knowledgeable and a nice tour manager who made an effort to ensure a solo traveller like me doesn't feel left out in the trip.

Hi, My family and I join the 10D7N Mama Mia Italy(Summer) tour which departed on 29 May 2017. The purpose of the Email is to compliment our tour leader Mr Chong, about a week before the trip he started getting in touch with the us and sent us all the necessary details on the trip and also answered all our queries on the trip. Even thou he was overseas his replies were prompt as I forgotten to mention that I am on a vegetarian diet(on the return flight) during the tour briefing I drop him a whatsapp and to my surprise even with his busy schedule he remembered to make the request for me.   During the trip Chong Ensure that everything went smoothly(From daily tour itinerary, to bringing us to get the items we wanted from each shop and even to getting our tax refund done). He took his rest time to arrange all our tax refund documents to Ensure that the process at the airport would be smooth. At the Bologna airport he was at the counter to assist us all with our tax refund, as I had 5 receipts submitted I did not check the refund documents and wanted to leave after I sign the documents and Chong was sharp to spot that only 4 out of 5 were processed. And thanks to him I managed to get back the right amount. When in Dubai, we were only suppose to be given a guided city tour on the last day however Chong went the extra mile to bring us the the Dubai mall on 7 June 2017. At every place that we visit Chong was never pushy about any optional tours or getting us to make any purchases from the stores. This I would say is the best guided tour I ever had, I have stop joining tours for more than 5 years due to the poor past experience I have had but this itself has definitely changed my perspective on guided tour. And with such wonderful service from the tour manager and value for money tour prices I would definitely return to EU Holidays should I be heading for any guided tour packages and recommend all my friends and family. Once again Thank you so much for making this trip such a memorable one Mr Chong. Best Regards, Yihao Sent from my iPhone
