Italy trip: 4 Dec 2019 - 13 Dec 2019 Tour Manager: Tevin Sua Tevin took good care of us during the trip. He ensured my mother was assigned vegetarian meals. He also helped me to retrieve my jacket which I left in a hotel in Sienna. He arranged for a colleague to pick up the jacket so that he could return the jacket to me in Rome. Many thanks to Tevin for his kind and thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Tevin.

Tour: 12ECCIFW08/19EK Tour Manager: John Foo Date: 08/12/2019 - 19/12/2019 This was our first trip with EU Travel on a 10D7N Italy Fiesta + 2D Dubai tour, led by Tour Manager, John Foo. John is a friendly, experienced and knowledgeable tour guide. He would give personal recommendations for shopping (especially souvenirs and food) within the vicinity of our hotel area. In addition, he would ensure our safety and remind us to be alert of pickpockets in Italy constantly. We will definitely follow his tour again! Highly recommended!

Tour: 10D Italy+ 2 Night DubaiDate: 08 - 19 December 2019Tour Manager: John FooIt was a good trip! John is very dedicated, responsible, caring, professional and competent tour manager. He would ensure the tour ran on schedule and would always give his best to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. He never failed to remind us every single day to be alert with the pickpockets, especially in Italy. We also noticed that John was also a caring person towards all family members. I saw him bought a cup of ginger tea for one of the family member who fell sick. My Luini in Milan was closed and he gets one for me at Venice. So touched thanks John. And in Senia, it was a raining day and some of the tour members were feeling cold and got nose uncomfortable. John settled us for the lunch and he went out to get everyone a covered mask. Well done John for your kind and caring heart. The kids loved him as Uncle John too.We also enjoyed John’s sharing during our coach ride... he has many interesting stories and he is also a damn good entertainer. We love his laughter hahaha….John would always be the first and the last person to eat and rest... to ensure all members stay together and no one gone missing. Thankfully, everyone in our tour group took care of each other very well. This is my first time joining EU Holidays and the experience was positive and memorable.Thank you, John!

Name of Tour: 10Days Italy FiestaTour Manager: Sabestian MakDeparture date: 11Dec2019Our family recently joined EU Holidays’ tour to Italy which also included a 2-night stay in Dubai for our annual family holidays. There is no doubt that this is one of our best guided tours we have experienced in many years. Kudos to Sabestian Mak, our tour manager for this trip who has really made this trip a whole lot more enjoyable than we have anticipated. He has provided important travel tips specifically for the cities we visited, reminding us of pickpockets which are rather prevalent in certain parts of Italy we visited and at times, also helped to take many family photos for us.I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sabestian for a job well done and I would strongly recommend my family and friends to join EU Holidays for their holidays, especially led by Sabestian.
