Hui Si Kho

Hui Qing is a fantastic tour director. She has a wealth of knowledge about the history of the places and was able to impart it in an interesting, dynamic, and amusing manner. She is a well-organized tour leader. Before the tour, she will brief the tour members on what to expect, including what to bring, any regulations or special considerations, the location, time, and length of the tour. People feel at ease talking to her and expressing their worries as she has exceptional communication skills and is a good listener. The tour was excellent overall, and I had a good time on it.

Low Yi Xiang

She managed the tour group pretty well, everybody was somewhat relatively on time. There were certain delays at certain places but thats to be expected since it was done during festive period where traffic jams and busy restaurants are expected. That being said, a big group also has its advantages, we barely had to queue for tickets such as mount titlis. She is also not afraid to give her personal recommendations, such as luxury goods, chocolates (they taste awesome I bought at least 10 boxes), cheeses, dutch waffles. During Paris, it is a pity that she could not "hard sell" moulin rouge due to the time and cost, in my opinion it is a definite must go. I would recommend the 11pm show over the 9pm show so you can get good seats without paying for dinner (the front seats are dinner seats). She managed to arrange for his this awesome local guide called Lim, that essentially knew all the bouncers and manager(s). It legit felt like some underground mafia at work, we were ushered without being checked, and even the bouncers kept checking in on us making sure everything was ok, and offered the best seats in the house (its right by the front stair case!!)Lastly she also took great care of us, kept on reminding us about taking care of our well being and valuables. She stayed up till past 12am+ to make sure we returned from moulin rouge and this other "red" location safely.

Michelle Davina

Hi, my name is Michelle, I would like to feedback about my recent tour and my travel with the tour guide Miss Huey Cheng on 11D8N europe tour Switzerland/Paris/Holland tour and was very pleased with her guidance, this email is to thank her and EU for the tour package.  Miss Huey Cheng was a good tour guide from the beginning till the end of the trip, she guided me from the start Changi airport in SG till every stage of the way until Amsterdam Airport and ensured that all my meals/rooms/facilities/requests and whenever help was needed were met professionally and immediately according to her best of abilities, she was kind and patient towards the whole tour group, and somehow managed to make this tour of a joyful memory.  Hence, I personally feel that she deserves an good feedback review, because as a customer I was satisfied only because the tour guide was a good one for this trip.  Thanks & Best Regards, Michelle Davina

I recently went for the 11D8N Europe Highlights under our lovely tour manager Ng Huiqing. The trip was well planned, covering numerous top attractions in Europe and the hotels were very comfortable. There was also sufficient free time to roam around. Huiqing as our tour manager was very informative and always took the initiative to help us even without asking, often at the expense of her own rest. For example, she went out of her way to bring our group out and showed us good places to eat and venture during our own free time. Overall the trip was worth it and I enjoyed myself.
