This is a long overdue appreciation letter. My family and I joined the Balkan Delights tour  from 8 June to 18 June 2019.Our tour guide, Shieh Wai Yeng, Alyce, is a KL freelance. She was great company; she made the tour really good fun and special from the start of the trip to finish.  She was very informative. She takes the initiative to give us background knowledge of various places before the local guide takes over. At times, an excellent personal photographer too. All her recommendations were spot on. She was very dedicated and committed to her work. She will look out for us, especially when the place is crowded. She also makes sure everyone is accounted for, every time we got off from the bus. There was once she was unwell and yet she did not display any discomfort but readily rendered assistance. It is really rare to see such commitment from tour manager these days. With Shieh Wai Yeng's guidance, children, teenagers and adults alike had the opportunity to experience beautiful and memorable moments during the trip. We were a group of mixed age group, different ethnic group and yet we were synergized. There was great chemistry in the group and all this is only possible with a great tour manager. She made sure it was a relaxed and fun tour. We covered so many places without getting bored or tired. She took into consideration the different age groups and advised us accordingly. I  will definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a freelance tour manager. She is indeed as asset. What really impressed me so much was that even though she was a freelance tour manager, she executed her duties effectively and efficiently. Kudos to Shieh Wai Yeng for her professional attitude!  She is definitely the person to go to if anyone is looking for a private tour manager. Thank you for engaging her to guide us on this trip.Yours sincerely,Rita James

Our tour manager, Donovan Ong, brought us on 11D8N Balkan Delight to Southeastern Europe and he treated all of us exceptionally well. He is patient, helpful and polite to everyone of us. We love the way he joins in as our family, and other families as well. He brought Singapore snacks, chilli, and other goodies which he bought when he went for his own holiday. We are extremely well-fed and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. Glad to be in Singapore safe and sound, and also made a whole new bunch of friends:)

Our group of eight (8) friends and their family returned few days ago from the 11D8N Balkans Delight (EESJJS) tour package with 28 tour members led by tour manageress, Anna Ang, and we departed on 1 Jun 2019 (Sat) evening. Throughout the whole itinerary, I realized that Anna knows her job nature well and carries out her duties diligently. She is knowledgeable and has a strong sense of responsibility in ensuring that all members were well taken care of. She set up a “group chat” for the tour members who were volunteering to join it via Whatspp to keep us well informed the programe for the following day including time to wake up, morning call, breakfast, weather forecast, things to bring .. etc. During the trip, Anna was very friendly and mingled well with all members, making us feel at home like family members. She gave us chocolate and preserved tidbits, which brightened our mood for the day. She highlighted to us the importance of places and to beware of pickpockets and safety precautions both in English and Chinese. She has also tried her best to keep up the Chinese language. Though we have few coach captains from various countries, they have excellent driving skills and always ensure that our journey went well smoothly and safely in all roads conditions. These coach captains were very helpful in loading and uploading our heavy luggage’s every day into their coaches. Our tour members appreciated it very much that the coaches provided us with free WiFi internet services during the journey. Please convey our appreciation and complimentary remarks to these coaches operators. As for accommodations provided this trip, tour members are happy and found upmost satisfaction especially with Hotel Croatia Cavtat@ Dubrovnik, Sheraton hotel @ Zagreb and Park Hotel @ Slovenia. As an Asian, majority of us might not be able to appreciate the western food except Cesarsko Mesto (皇城酒家)@Slovenia. This Chinese restaurant located at Slovenia has given our tour members a very good impression in providing tasty Chinese food. It is our pleasure to meet many tour members from all walks of life in this tour group. At the end of the day for a group tour, we have the opportunity to know and understand each other better except a few members who seem to be reluctant to mingle around which might due to personality or nature. On the whole, we are impressed by the dedicated services and care rendered by Anna Ang. Our trip was made memorable by your tour manageress, Anna and EU Holidays. We have no hesitation in recommending the tour to our friends or having another trip with EU Holidays. Cheer!

Balkans Delight (18 to 28 April 2019)Tour Manager: Rin LeowThis is my first trip to Europe, and I have thoroughly enjoyed myself throughout this trip. The local tour guides in each cities did a good job in explaining each unique buildings to us in the city. However, I think that the local guide in Plitvice Lakes Nat'l Park can be improved as he was very quiet and no explanation was done during the tour. He even needed help from another local guide when he was asked to explain about the features of the park when we were in the bus.Our your manager, Rin, is very responsible and knowledgeable. She would often share some interesting experiences she had with her previous tours and also share her knowledge about shopping and the culture in Europe and other places in the world. She has done a lot of "behind the scenes" job for us to ensure that we had a pleasant and enjoyable trip. She also took good care of the elderlies in the tour group. Constantly ensuring that they okay to continue with the tour.We would like to thank EU Holidays for making this trip a memorable one, and we enjoyed this trip.

Jenny Ang

My family just came back from a 11D8N Balkans Delight trip (18 to 28 April 2019).We would like to thank our Tour Manager, Rin Leow, for this wonderful holiday, our first in Europe! Rin is a helpful, thoughtful, caring and responsible Tour Lead. She always gave us good tips on ideal locations and good spots for photo taking. She also goes the extra mile to take photographs for each family members. This is good especially for the elderly team members as they can bring back many good shots to show their loved ones back home. Rin also took extra effort to give us some heads-up on the historical background of every cities we would be visiting. This enabled us to understand the local guides' explanation better. She also provided good tips for food and shopping which saved us a lot of time wondering around.Throughout the trip, she took very good care of the 5 elderly members and staying with them whenever they were too tired to follow the group. Thank you, Rin!!!We would also like to praise our Coach Driver, Ivan, who goes the extra mile to send an elderly family to the hotel earlier while the rest of the group went on with the city tour and for sending a young couple to the airport a day before our departure. Kudos to you, Ivan!!!
