Explore Skopje with a walking tour of the
old part of the town Charshi, where you
can view the Stone Bridge. Not to be
missed are some of the marvels which
include the Church St. Spas, famous for its
marvelous iconostas from 17th century, the
Old Bazaar, Fortress Kale, Mustapha Pasha
Mosque. During the tour we will also visit
Mother Teresa’s birth house.
Continue to the lakeside resort of Ohrid, Church of St. John, a Macedonian Orthodox church situated on the cliff over Kaneo Beach overlooking Lake Ohrid. Join a sightseeing tour walk along
the cobblestone streets of the old town,
afterwards visit the Ohrid port. Consider
joining an excursion to enjoy a Boat Ride
on the lake or embark on an excursion to
St. Naum Monastery, which was rebuilt
between the 16th and 17th century as a
multi-doomed, Byzantine-style structure
on this cliff.
After a hearty breakfast in the hotel, spend the
day at your leisure at lake Ohrid. After that,
head to the historic city of Berat - also known
as “the city of a thousand windows”, which
made the UNESCO World Heritage list in
Embark on a Berat city tour - the ancient
history of Albania from Roman period to
modern times. We will visit the Gorica Bridge
and Gorica quarter. Next, we will reach
the Medieval Centre on foot, and see the
Helveti Teke, King Mosque and Dervish’s
Konak. After that head to Tirana, the capital
of Albania. Afterwards, explore the city and
visit of the biggest attractions, like Skanderbeg
Square, Skanderbeg Statue, Et’hem Bey
Mosque, the Clock Tower. You may wish to
make an excursion to Kruja Castle. Enjoy the
panoramic views and visit the Skanderbeg
Museum inside the castle with beautiful mural
paintings and sculptures from renowned
Albanian artists among other artifacts
After breakfast, head towards Prizren, a historic
city located in Kosovo. The city tour will take
you through the Albanian league of Prizren
House, stone bridge, Sinan Pasha Mosque,
Ethnographic museum, Prizren old town.
Continue to Prishtina or Priština, is the
capital and largest city of Kosovo. The city
has a majority Albanian population, alongside
other smaller communities. The tour will
then continue to take you through Newborn
Monument, Skanderbeg Monument and
Pedestrian Street of Prishtina.
This morning you will travel to the Rila
Mountains where you will visit the famous
Rila Monastery. The beautiful orthodox
monastery was built in the 14th century
and houses valuable paintings, thousands
of manuscripts, old printed books and
masterworks of wood carvings. Head
towards Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. In the
evening enjoy a dinner at a local restaurant
complete with folklore performances and
the traditional fire dances
Embark on a city tour of the Bulgarian
capital city. In the heart of Sofia, visit the St.
Alexander Nevski Cathedral and the Boyana
Church which is a medieval Bulgarian
Orthodox church situated on the outskirts of
Sofia. In 1979, the building was added to the
UNESCO World Heritage List. After lunch,
drive to Veliko Tarnovo.
Visit the Tsarevets Fortress, once past the
main gate, it is easy to navigate through
the fortress on foot. The statue, Asen’s
Monument, which was erected exactly
800 years after the city was appointed
capital of the Second Bulgarian Empire,
commemorates the Tsars for their
contributions to the city. After that, head to
the sixth largest capital city of the European
Union - Bucharest. The city tour will take
you to the most important sites such as the
Arch of Triumph, Victory Square, Roman
Square and the Unification Square. Drop by
the Constitution Square and see the façade
of the Palace of the Parliament, which is
the second largest building in the world.
Today make your way towards Sinaia. Here is
where you will visit the Peles Castle, built in
German Renaissance style, the Peles Castle is
probably the most beautiful castle in Eastern
Europe. Transfer to Brasov, also called the
Crown of Transylvania. Discover the beautiful
colorful Old Town with the Council Square
and see the exterior of the Black Church,
Romania’s largest Gothic church.
Drive to Bran and visit the famous Bran
Castle - commonly known as Dracula’s
castle. Trace Dracula’s footsteps and explore
the eerie corridors and deathly cold rooms
at your peril. After your visit, you’ll find
a souvenir and local crafts market – the
perfect place to buy and bring home some
souvenirs. Drive to Bucharest then head
to the airport, where you will get ready to
check-in for your flight back home.

Just returned from a wonderful holidays with our tour manager, Ricardo Tiang and good tour mates. We were blessed to have both on this trip. He is professional, caring, helpful and a wonderful tour manager. He always reminds us of our safety and to take care of our belongings. He always make sure that all of us are keep warm during the whole trips and let us know how is the weather, time for breakfast and when to check out hotel by texting us. We enjoyed listening to his stories and jokes. Throughout the trip, he was caring towards all the tour members especially with elderly couples and he took extra effort to help the elderly Uncle.
