We couldn’t have asked for any better manager. Eddie tells us stories when we need them, knows exactly when to stop for our power naps, even downloaded his own collection of music for our nap time.. how pampered are we!! EU’s gotta keep him around!! Another review with a classic pic by Wes will show just how much fun we had on the snowy mountain In Switzerland! Can’t wait for our next trip with EU, hopefully we get Eddie as our tour manager again!!

Melinda Toh-Ng

With a heartbeat, 20 of us would rate our Tour Manager, Eddie Ong "Excellent!"We are extremely grateful to have him as our Tour Manager, as he is always so energetic and jovial, always warming us with his sunshine smile. We felt his concern throughout the trip, he displayed his commitment by ensuring our well-being wherever we went; he could share and answer almost all related questions about the places we visited, and accommodating when we asked for impromptu toilet breaks or time extension at certain stops. Our hours and hours of coach journey were never dull as we were well-accompanied by his awesome historical sharing of the sights we were going to visit. With Eddie around, we had almost nothing to worry! This trip is successful because of him and my fabulous tour members who are all buddies by now!

Tour Manager: Thumbs up for Ken whom has done an excellent job in leading the group, though it was quite a big group of us (total of 36 pax, 14 families) and there were couples, old folks, youngsters and shopping kings and queens. Ken never fails to update us on the weather, giving us pro helpful tips and advices on keeping warm, nice touristy poses (esp. at Pisa Tower), great dining places and also entertaining us with his funny experience-sharing sessions.Travel pace: Just nice! Unlike a typical touch-n-go tour, Ken has given us ample time or the right amount of time for more free time for shopping and photo-taking as he understands that the ladies in the group loves shopping! Due to unforeseen weather circumstances, Ken exercise flexibility to ensure we dont lose out on anything so that we can enjoy our trip to the fullest.Package Price: I would say the price is competitive and definitely value-for-money. Optional tours are definitely up to us travellers and there was totally no hard-selling whatsoever.Airline: Flown on Emirates and had 2 nights stay free in Dubai during our return trip from Paris. It was a mixed of old and new aircraft. Meals were ok. Seats selection was limited as flight was very full for all flights sectors.Hotel: Stayed at a variety of international hotel brands from Novotel, Holiday Inn, Hilton, Sheraton and some local hotel. All were great stays probably except for one night at an older Interlaken hotel which had antique wardrobes and smaller bedroom area.Meals: Most of the meals that were included were western meals like the local speciality meals eg. Italian Pasta, Swiss Fondue and German Pork Knuckles when we stopover at Germany for 1/2 day. Loved the chocolate fondue the most !Coach: Driver was skillful which makes the journey a smooth and safe one throughout the trip. Driver also helped us with our luggages when we check in and out of hotels almost everyday and driving us around and dropping us near the entrance of attractions so that we didnt have to walk so far. Highlights of the Tour: Only EU Holidays has snow sledging as part of their itinerary which i can see from the tour that everyone had an enjoyable and memorable experience!Overall: It was a safe, fun and memorable trip with EU Holidays! Good deal and worth recommending to my friends and family! I will choose EU Holidays again for future Europe or USA trips!

Had a great trip with Eu and Ken from 08th March till 23rd march. Was quite worried when we signed the package as the previous tour we had with another big tour agency to taiwan totally disappointed. We just hoped for the best after the last bad experience. To our surprise, EU did things very differently.- no rush tours. We were given at least 2 hours at major sight seeing points.- ken understood that scenery and pictures was important in this modern social media society. Got the bus to stop along the way at scenic views for quick pictures. 10 minute stops- flexibility on itineary whenever possible. Traffic and weather are always uncontrollable. Instead of disappointing the group by saying the activity is cancelled. Ken worked with the local agents to move certain activity around. - top most critical point for me and many travellers. Hotel. The hotels were very good. Stayed at Hilton, Sheraton and international brands. Unlike the previous tour agent which put us up in budget hotels with very crappy rooms. EU ensured good hotels. Morning breakfast at this international brands was always good. - ken had a very good idea of the shopping places and what brands there were. Wifes and ladies were very pleased as most people had their preferred brands and didnt want to waste time on finding it. Ken just told us where to find at which outlets. AmazingOverall. I would recommend this tour to everyone who wants a good europe tour. I am very impressed with Eu and looking forward to the next trip.

tour manager Ken Yong8-23 March europe +2N dubaiKen give us a wonderful and mermorable exprience in europe.I have heard that tour in europe u have to wake up 5am and rush for every site seeing, less than 2hrs of shopping amd crappy food and hotel.Totally opposit with this eu tour. Breakfast at 7 and leave hotel at 8am.Hotel is min 4 stars and most of thr night was at 5 stars. Tour was relex and shopping was till you drop.Best of all our tour manager Ken Yong . Connie is a very experienced tour manager, she will keep reminding us to be careful of our bags and teach us how to spot the “gypsy”. She planned the journey and timing very well and hence we always can avoid the crowd to take nice pictures and also avoid the traffic jam. She brought us one shop after another to find something we wish to buy and won’t feel troublesome or impatient. She is funny and always tell us some jokes and stories that made our trip even more fun.Definitely will choose Connie as tour manager for next holiday!

My family & I had wonderful time with our tour manager, Jia fu. He is very professional, efficient, caring and attentive. He always reminds us of our safety and be mindful of our belongings during the whole trip. He is also very entertaining and informative during our travel in the coach. He always ensure all the tour members are well taken care of. He managed to contact & found me at St Peter's square when I missed the group & arranged a place for us to wait for others. He make an effort to explain and check again to ensure we fill in the tax rebate form correctly. The only setbacks is the food arrangement as we already informed the staff during booking that we don't take beef but we still been served with beef only as no other options due to we're sitting at the last row.Area for improvement (a suggestion):1. To reduce the optional items & included in the main itinerary especially the tour that all members have to join e.g. Cinque Terra2. Tour members to be given options (e.g. same price or even cheaper food also ok) for meals that included & provided so that each family have more varieties to try & share different menu (at least 2-3 choices).

Jia fu is a very very experienced , professional and detailed tour manager, making our trip a very memorable and enjoyable one.Thumbs up for EU and Jia Fu

Our 13D Italy Swiss France+2 Nites Dubai from 16 Dec to 31 Dec 2017 was indeed an awesome holiday that was most memorable. Kudos to Sebastian Mak , our tour agent who made our experience wholesome with his excellent expertise, organisational skills and time management. Despite being in a big tour group of 39, it was smooth sailing without hiccups. The transition from one country to another was smooth and we managed to cover our itineraries and Sebastian Mak included several more along the way to maximise our exposure and experience. For shoppers like my family, we have nothing to complain as we had the best treats, discounts and souvenirs to last a lifetime. Last but not least, Sebastian Mak gave us lots of opportunities and time to take pictures for keepsakes. Once again, our family would like to extend our sincere thanks to Sebastian Mak for making our Holiday a most memorable and splendid one for 2017.
