Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to “Formosa Island”, Taiwan. Upon arrival, proceed to Hsinchu and explore the renowned Chenghuang Temple Night Market , a popular night market also a historical site.

Remark: If the flight arrives early in the morning, you will have half day free time at Mitsui Outlet Park.

This morning, visit the largest Hakka traditional market, Zhudong Market where a wide variety of Hakka traditional snacks can be found at the Beipu Old Street. Hands on time next with Lei Cha DIY where you get to experience the process of making a traditional tea-based beverage for Hakka people. Head up next to Shengxing Railway Station, known as the highest altitude station in the western part of Taiwan. End the day by viewing the Longteng Bridge, a masterpiece of Taiwan’s railway history. 

Start your day with a Tu-Niu Hakka Cultural Museum and get to understand the origin of Hakka culture. Next up, visit the Sediq Tribe and you will get to do lots of activities, such as tasting the tribal feasts, tribe tour, experience traditional costumes, tattoo culture, archery and even get to sing and dance with the Sediq! 

On the Wujie Suspension Bridge, you will see the bridge tower decorated with patterns of the indigenous Bunun culture. Woah at the Stalactite Cliff which was formed by the accumulation of calcium carbonate in water over the years. Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and seek sanctuary in the Calocedrus Wood Forest Trail. 

After breakfast, it’s time to learn how to prepare the Taiwan Mochi. Head to Puli next and do some Tea Picking before heading to Ita Thao Market, where you can find several snacks and souvenir shops! Enjoy a Ita Thao Traditional Dance Performance before going on a boat ride and cruise on the largest lake in Taiwan, Sun Moon Lake. Visit Wen Wu Temple, built to enshrine and worship Confucius, Guan Gong and Yue Fei. Make a trip to Mao’s House before ending the day at Fengjia Night Market, famous for their local snacks. 

Tour a Hakka style area, Nanchuang Old Street where you can explore the Osmanthus Alley, Shuibiantou Xishankeng and its Post Office. Proceed back to Taipei and you can start to shop all you want at the Xinyi Shopping Mall and not forgetting to visit the Taipei 101 (observatory deck on own expenses). Don’t miss the chance to take some instagrammable photos at the charming Jimmy Moon Bus Station. 

Begin your day with Taipei's first Rose Garden with classical garden and tea rose as a theme. Visit Aboriginal product centre and the Tianlu Art Centre to learn about the various type of Tianlu and what is their functionality. Travel to Shifen and view the

famous waterfall, Shifen Waterfall which stands at 20 meters tall. Not to forget, releasing Sky Lantern (1 Sky Lantern per 4 pax) at Shifen Old Street is a must when you are at Shifen! Up next, walk along the Jiufen Old Street and enjoy all the famous street food Taiwan has to offer. Ending the day at the must go shopping place, Ximending! 

Enjoy some more leisure time before to bidding farewell to Taiwan. Then transfer to the airport for your flight back to Singapore.
