On behalf of our group, my wife and myself, we would like to request you to post on your EU website our special compliment message of our tour manager, Mr. Jeffrey Hoh for his thoughtfulness, meticulousness, care, responsible, excellent, safety in priority and professional services rendered to our group tour from 26 October to 10 November 2019 covering Italy, Rome, Pisa, Siena, Tuscany, Venice's Islands, Milan, Switzerland: Interlaken, Lucerne, Engelberg, Germany: Lake Titisee in Black Forest, France, Paris and Dubai.  Jeffrey is a very low profile tour manager who does not show off but he is truly an expert in the travel industry.  We enjoyed our association with him as our tour manager, short it may be but very fulfilling journey throughout the 16 days tour.  Having observed Jeffrey throughout the 16 days, it is clear to us that he possesses the requisite skill and knowledge in his work.  In all aspects of his work, he has proven himself both on a professional and intellectual level.  We strongly recommend that he be commended with an award by your company which he long deserved it and he will be given more opportunities and first priority to lead more long haul tours as he has shown himself worthy of the high standards that the travel industry rightfully demands.  We have every faith that Jeffrey would show himself the first class standards in leading each tour.  We really look forward to have Jeffrey to lead the tour we will be joining in the near future with EU Holidays!

Tour Name: 13 Days Italy Swiss France Tour Manager: Sebastian Mak Departure Date: 22 Oct 2019 My wife and i enjoyed the tour and we had a pleasant experience although the food included can be improved in quality. However, Tour manager was fabulous. he is very friendly and helpful throughout the whole trip. Sebastian took the initiative to introduce and recommend us restaurants, shops and things to do during our free and easy time. He also used his own free time to bring guests to try recommended food and gelato. We had the best gelato in Milan and it was well worth it. Instructions given by tour manager was always very clear. His daily messages at night ensure all members know the temperature and what to expect and prepare for the next day. Furthermore. he will always make sure all his group members are well taken care of. He will always walk at the back of the group during city tours and be on a look out for suspicious people. Sebastian also shared many stories, jokes and entertain us during long bus rides. A knowledgeable and humorous man. We are very appreciative of our tour manager and we know he will always be there to help us and answer our questions at any time. Thank you Sabestian for the fun and pleasant trip. Cheers

Tour Name: 13D Italy/Switzerland/France Tour Manager: Sebastian Mak Departure date: 22nd Oct 2019 The itinerary for the tour was attractive despite there was unexpected raining season which we were not alerted by the agency during the package signed up. In addition, it will be good if there is an alternate plan (local tour guide sightseeing) stand by to cater for heavy down pour rather than follow strictly in accordance to the itinerary schedule that made us looks like a fool standing under the rain listening. Another area of enhancement would be the 'included meals' which i thought there is room for improvement, and i believe everyone will not mind to fork out sligtly more $ to enjoy better quality food while on overseas holidays ! However overall I would like to commend about our Tour Manager Sebestian for his humorous, patience and professionalism. He demonstrated the mentioned qualities through the entertaining jokes along the journey, constant reminders of our alertness of valuables, provide good meal tips and of course best VAT savings of branded purchase in different cities :) Last but not least, I feel that Sebestian also possess great communication skills with great insights and knowledges of the different places we visited and that helps to differentiate him from any of the other tour guides. Thanks to Sebestian for his accompany throughout this holidays !

Food and hotel wise was average. However, our tour manger Sebastian will constantly remind us to be careful during your local tours to look out for pickpockets. Tour: Italy Switzerland France 13D11N+2N Dubai Departure: 24th Oct - 8th Nov 2019 Tour Manager: KEN YONG This was my first time joining EU Holidays and was fortunate to have KEN YONG as my Tour Manager! He was so approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, fun loving, professional, simply just an awesome guy! He really blends very well with the group and I felt very comfortable with him and feel safe! Of course not forgetting the itinerary and optional tours and additional one which made the trip a fantastic memory! And we are always blessed to have good weather when we reached our destinations and especially to the Top Of Europe and Mount Titlis! So far, this was the best holiday trip for me and a super memorable one! Thank you so much to Ken Yong and also to Michael (driver) for our road trip safety! He gets a thumbs up from me & my hubby Joe as we were really impressed with his vast knowledge of the entire tour places , we have never come across such a great & excellent Tour Manager as good as Sebastian -He is definitely an asset to EU holidays. Overall the entire trip was great, enjoyable amidst the Long & lengthy walk & the frequent rain that hamper good photography, Food not that great but acceptable, hotel good except one or two which can be better.
