13D10N ROMANTIC ITALY (24Nov - 6Dec)Tour Manager: Joey NgLocal guides: Majority of them who guided the several City tours were good and knowledgeable.Meals: Our best meal would have to be the Florentine steak and pizza in Florence!Our first time travelling with EU and thought it was a pretty good experience. A pity one of the optional tour at Capri Island was cancelled due to weather and sea condition. Thankfully, our tour manager Joey was quick to arrange an alternative for the day, which allowed us the opportunity to visit the Naples where we had one of the best Neapolitan pastry Sfogliata at a famous Pasticceria: Scaturchio. (Recommended by local guide Natasha!)Frankly speaking, a group of 32 pax can be quite challenging for any tour manager to manage. We are blessed and thankful to have such an experienced Tour Manager with us on the trip who ensured the safety of all and took care of every nitty gritty things.Throughout the trip, Joey would provide daily weather updates, briefed us on activities for the day, gave gentle reminders and food recommendations whenever meals were on our own, and was the unofficial photographer for the group. We also appreciate that she took the initiative to propose some shift in itinerary due to the winter season, just so we could get the best pictures and experience before nightfall.As a tour manager, Joey definitely went above and beyond the call of duty and is one who would go the extra mile for her guests. Joey 谢谢你, 辛苦了。

We had a great experience with tour manager Joey Ng and driver Stefano for our Romantic Italy trip!Joey ensured we were safe with her reminders to always be alert of pickpockets, and she was an expert problem solver, as she always patiently came up with solutions whenever we approached her with an issue. She skillfully adapted the itinerary after noticing that it got too dark at scenic locations to take photographs, and ensured that the scenic sights were at the start of the day and things that didn’t require daylight like shopping were pushed to the evening. She is so friendly and accommodating, and takes wonderful pictures for us that we will cherish!Together with Stefano and all the local guides, we felt that we were in good hands for the entire trip and enjoyed ourselves immensely!
