Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport and depart for Munich, the capital of Bavaria.

Once you arrive, make your way to the town of Fussen and see the Neuschwanstein Castle (view of the exterior only). It is one of the most popular castles in Europe. The biggest draw is the Neuschwanstein castle, which was built as a place of retreat for the King Ludwig II, and transformed into a medieval dream world filled with all of his longing and ideals. Thereafter, drive on to Wattens and stop by the Swarovski Crystal World, a glittering fantasy world housing the world’s biggest crystal, before proceeding to Salzburg for overnight.
Discover the beautiful setting of the famous film “The Sound of Music” in the city of Salzburg. Waltz through the lush gardens of Mirabell Palace, and view the birthplace of the famous classical music prodigy Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at No. 9 Getreidegasse. Continue on your walking tour to the Old Town of Salzburg to admire the ensemble of baroque and medieval buildings, and drop by the magnificent Residence Square with its beautiful fountain. Transfer to Hallstatt, a village in the Salzkammergut, a region in Austria. It is located near the Hallstätter See (a lake). In the evening, head to the ‘city of music’, Vienna. We recommend an optional concert at any of the famous concert halls for your evening’s enjoyment.
Embark on an unforgettable excursion to the romantic capital of Austria, Vienna. Step foot into the renowned Schönbrunn Palace and revel in the stunning interior of the massive 1,441-room baroque complex – think white porcelain tile stoves, exquisite bohemian crystal chandeliers and white-lacquered ceilings and walls covered in gold leaf ornamentation. Then, continue to the glorious Ringstrasse with its wealth of parks and monuments, the State Opera house, the majestic Reichsrat Parliament Building and Rathaus (city hall), and the Hofburg Imperial Palace. End the day with a visit to one of the most important Gothic structures in Austria – St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Afterwards, carry on to Budapest, the capital of Hungary for the night. Along the way, visit the Designer Outlet Parndorf for a spot of shopping. Note: Factory outlet close on public holiday and Sunday, subject to change without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Get to know the true culture of Budapest, also known as the ‘City of Baths’ through a guided city tour that will help you pack as much as possible into your exploration of the city. The first stop of the tour is the renowned Matthias Church, one of the oldest buildings in Budapest with over 700 years of history and frescoes created by famous Hungarian painters. Next, head up to Gellért Hill for some of the best panoramic views of the entire city. Continue on to Fisherman’s Bastion for a view of the beautiful turrets, see the impressive Heroes’ Square and the Millennium Monument located in its middle, and stroll along the fashionable shopping street, Váci Utca. In the afternoon, enjoy a Danube Cruise lunch. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner while being entertained by a Hungarian folk show.
Start your day with a scenic drive to Kraków. Cross over the border into Slovakia and travel through Donovaly and past the Tatra Mountains. Proceed to the renowned Wieliczka Salt Mine, a world class monument of Poland that was added to the UNESCO’s World Cultural and Natural Heritage List. Steeped in several hundred years of history, the mine was worked on by tens of generations of Poland miners. Embark on a magical journey through the saline labyrinth to learn more about the history and traditions of Wieliczka, and get a closer look at the various salt formations and deposits. Note: In the event that we could not visit Auschwitz Concentration Camp, we will reimburse each pax SGD80 EU Voucher.
Take a trip out of town to the infamous Auschwitz Concentration Camp for a historical tour. Auschwitz was Nazi Germany's concentration camp, its main purpose was to carry out the extermination of Jews through forced and demanding labour, mass executions, and human experiments. In 1979, Auschwitz was recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In 2007, UNESCO named the camp "Auschwitz - Birkenau German Nazi concentration and extermination camp (1940-1945)". Embark on a half day walking tour of Kraków and see its captivating medieval structures. Visit the Gothic-Renaissance Wawel Royal Castle, and venture down to the historic Old Town to explore Europe’s largest market square along with medieval houses, palaces and churches. View over the St. Mary’s Basilica and the medieval masterpiece of the Cloth Hall.
Continue to Wrocław, the historical capital of Lower Silesia in Western Poland. The town is perched upon the Odra River along with the veritable maze of islands and bridges that have earned it the nickname ‘Venice of Poland’. Mill about the Old Town of Wrocław, a remarkable area filled with Baroque splendour that was painfully reconstructed after WWII. Next, have a blast at the vibrant Market Square, which is bursting at the seams with cafes, restaurants, shops and hotels.
Make your way to Berlin and start your day with a half day city tour. See the beautiful Unter den Linden, an elegant boulevard in the heart of Berlin connecting the Brandenburg Gate. Drop by the Reichstag (exterior view only), the seat of the German Parliament that reflects the tumultuous history of Germany. Next, visit the famous East – West German border crossing Checkpoint Charlie, which is also the scene of various thrillers and espionage novels. Last but not least comes the main highlight of the tour : the Berlin Wall. Trail along the double row of cobblestones that formed the symbolic boundary separating the democratic East Berlin and West Berlin.
Today you will head to Prague. Make a pit stop at Dresden along the way to enjoy art treasures, architectural sights and alluring landscape. Explore the city on foot for a tour of the Church of Our Lady (Frauenkirche), the Semper Opera House, the Zwinger Palace and the Saxon Wall. You may wish to join the excursion to Bastei. Continue to the capital of the Czech Republic – Prague, known as Praha.
Begin with a half-day walking tour of the city nicknamed the ‘City of a Hundred Spires’. Get an up-close look at the famous Prague Castle and the symbolic structures housed within it – the state’s spiritual symbol St. Vitus Cathedral, the best preserved Romanesque church St. George’s Basilica and the Old Royal Palace. Cross the iconic Charles Bridge and proceed to the Old Town for a glimpse of the Astronomical Clock, one of the greatest treasures of the city. Then head towards the last stop of the day –Wenceslas Square, the vibrant social and commercial centre of Prague.
Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure till it is time to transfer to the airport for your flight home.
We hope you enjoyed your trip with EU Holidays and we look forward to seeing you again for your next trip.
After breakfast, transfer to Munich and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Tour: 13D10N HIGHLIGHTS OF EASTERN EUROPEDate: 29 May to 10 June 2019Tour Manager: Joe TehJoe is definitely one of the best, if not the best tour managers I've encountered so far. He is genuine, personable and has this positive and calm demeanour that put one at ease. He is also very knowledgable and volunteers information about the history of the countries/ places of interest. Best thing about Joe - he has great initiative and always goes the extra mile. Every night, he will provide an update about the following day's weather. If we have free and easy time, he will recommend places to go and will send us information (google map images, tram directions etc.) to guide us. Under his leadership, all 30 of us were all very punctual and got along very well. Thank you Joe, hope to travel with you again!

Just returned from the eastern Southern Europe trip led by mr Joe Teh and thoroughly enjoyed it . The memorable trip was attributed to this freelance guide whom is rich in experience and knowledge about Europe . His crisis management skill was also good when bus failed to turn up on last day. Tweeting of itinerary on his own initiative was objective and reaps excellent result. It was not all about shopping for his own personal gain for some guide but he was sincere to share the pros and cons of the purchases in Europe eg germany, Austria, Prague. Good job joe Teh. Your service level was top notched. Keep it ups

On behalf of Shirlyn Koh and myself. We joined EU in our last tour in May 2018 with Fenoline Yong to Central Europe & Dubai. It was filled with good memories and with her excellent service. That had prompted us to join EU on a 2nd time round for EASTERN EUROPE Tour from 22 May to 3 Jun 19. The trip was to beautiful Austria ( Per picture of Hallstatt), Poland, Hungary, Poland, Germany and Czech. The tour manager assigned was Dylan Teoh and we would say the experience was also exemplary. Dylan's prompt action to help our tour mates, was much appreciated. An example was assisting us in changing room due to a fault in the hotel room when we checked in, it was attended to within 30 minutes. Besides this, he handle our technical issues with our photo taking and helped us to overcome the software issue on our mobile phones - we managed to learn new tricks from him on taking pictures differently. He brought along cinchalok and chilli ketchup to bring some spice from home to jazz up our western meals. After the trip, he was still very responsive and was quick to assist to retrieve seat info from airlines for our mileage credit. We will recommend friends to consider EU holidays for their travels. We are already planning our trip next in summer 2020, and we will go with EU, again!

Tour: 13D 10N Highlights of Eastern EuropeDeparture: 22 May 2019Tour Manager: Dylan TeohThis is our first time to Europe and joining EU Holidays on a holiday. We have a total of 31 members traveling together which is also the biggest tour group we have joined thus far. Despite the big group, Dylan has taken good care of us, looking into our requests and often reminding us to be careful with our belongings. When one of the hotels allocated a room meant for the physically challenged, Dylan facilitated the change in room within 5 mins. He even came to our hotel room to help us move to the new room and followed up to ensure things are alright. Further, we are pleasantly surprised by his thoughtfulness by bringing chili sauce and chinchalok all the way from Singapore which certainly whet our appetite at meal times! The itinerary is amazing and we covered the key highlights in Eastern Europe. Most of the hotels are of good standard as well. It has certainly been an enjoyable trip for us and we will consider EU Holidays for future trips!

Tour: 13D10N Highlight of Eastern EuropeDate: 14th - 26th May Tour Manager: Sabastian MakI really enjoyed this trip. I was initially hesitant to book at EU travels because of the mixed reviews but our tour guide Sebastian, made it very enjoyable for us. I really liked the way he handled the ugly hotel we've had. He was so calm when customers were complaining because of the unpleasant customer service in the hotel. He made sure that we will be compensated and at the end, he managed to arranged something for us.Sebastian was really very pleasant. He ensures that we'll have our food first before having his. He sent us daily reminder to ensure that we will be prepared the next day. He prepared different stories/sharing for us everyday.Overall, me and my friend was very satisfied and happy with the trip. All the tour members were very punctual and considerate on time.I highly recommend EU Travel Holidays. The fact that they have cheaper rates than the competitors with equal service, it's worth trying! Just hope that their customer service staff in their office will be nice and more approachable. And, more time to spend in the outlet mall Thank you Sebastian
