Had a memorable and fun trip. The tour manager was professional and looked out for our safety constantly. He was knowledgeable and kept us entertained throughout. Never had a dull moment. Would definitely want to travel with Eu holidays again

I recently joined a tour to Turkey lead by tour manager, Russell Tan. He is knowledgeable on the itinerary and very caring. He follow up and try his best to fulfils all request. At every tourist spot, he ensure that no team members are left behind. I certainly recommend his leadership in any tour.

Without him thinking out of the box, our trip would have been wasted because majority of the time would have been spent in Helsinki. He had also been very considerate and taking good care of everyone during the trip! We would join the tour again because of him! Hope to see him on future tours!

My first tour experiences to Europe were pleasant, smooth and enjoyable journey with the professional leading of our assigned tour manager, Tammy Tan. She had always been caring to all of us. I joined this tour group alone without friends and family members. Thus, Tammy would ask me to join her and the driver for a meal or two to keep me feel comfortable and accepted in a tour group. Sometimes, she would pass us some biscuits and shared her food. Besides, she was very eloquent in her speech and shared every knowledge she knew about what were required of us to know. She maintained her professionalism by ensuring every journey was smooth at all times. She would remind us to be safe and alert wherever we were. This was something which I felt impressed and respected her for as compared from my past experiences with other tours. Most importantly, Tammy did her job to the best of her capabilities which reflected her love for her career. Thanks to EU Holidays! I look forward for the next tour with EU once again.

This trip is very enjoyable because of the traveling companions/ group members are very caring. Ricky is very meticulous and will inform us what is expected for the next day itinerary. During the Finnair flash strike on 20/21 Nov, we were not able to fly to Ivalo to travel to Norway and that disrupt King Crab Safari trip. Without any confirmation from Finnair on the next flight out from Helsinki, we may be stuck in Helsinki for the next 2 days. Our group have suggested travel overnight by train to Saariselka on that very day so that we would not miss the next day trip at Saariselka. Ricky immediately took up the challenge to work with the planning manager for permission to proceed and bought the tickets for all to travel by train to Saariselka. Thanks to him, we can continue our travel journey instead of being stuck in Helsinki with nothing to do except shopping in the cold winter there. It’s also a very different travel experience and my boy like it a lot. Thumbs up to Ricky. Well Done.

Sin wen is a very responsible manager, she constantly provide updates on Tour itinerary (Daily) and always ensure we are well prepared before the activity. she has tried to reach every individual and find out out their concerns and help them to solve the problem. she is very cheerful and always motivating us. with her we felt safe and enjoy the entire journey. Had a great trip this time round. Our tour manager Tammy Tan is helpful, approachable and patient. She will ensure all the tour mates are well taken care and resolved any issues promptly. This was not my 1st time joining EU Holidays. But indeed was my 1st time being so impressed by the tour manager whom travelled with us. Her name was Tammy. First time get to know her was on WhatsApp message received from her prior to our departure to Europe. She was so helpful and gave me a lot of information and advise mainly because I am bringing my mum along who will be on wheelchair. On our departure date, she greeted us at the airport and passed a goodie bag to my mum on the plane which contained some cup noodles and biscuit in case my mum feel hungry middle of night when staying in hotel. So considerate of her. During the tour, she will always offer help to push my mum around on wheelchair and let me enjoy the scenery. She accompanied my mum for meal while we went shopping at outlet and mall. She bought a bottle of chilli sauce at supermarket for my mum when she knew my mum need chilli sauce for every meal. She will stayed at hotel lobby till 10pm to ensure everyone settle down with no issue with their room after checked in. At the end of our tour, she bought each family a packet of pop corn. I really want to express my appreciation to Tammy. A big thanks to her kindness and generosity. Beside that, I love the itinerary scheduled, sufficient time on photo taking while exploring the places of interest. Love the food planned, allowed us to try on different local specialty cuisine and included beverages like beer and wine. Love the 4 star hotels we stayed, spacious, clean, well maintained and comfortable bed. Love our tour manager, always accommodate our suggestions and ideas to arrange extra time for shopping and free time to explore on our own. Keep supplying food and drinks for my mum. Love the local guides, they were very professional and knowledgable. Love our tour mates, alway so helpful, cooperative and approachable. We are looking forward to our next EU Holidays trip. I pray hard to have her in our next trip again.

I have been to Europe 5 years ago, but this time it was a particularly enjoyable experience. The tour manager, Tammy Tan played the biggest role to make the difference.Tammy brings with her vast experience in handling our sight-seeing schedule, on time meal time and hotel check-in schedule. She is helpful and was there to help when the needs arise, in particularly the refund process in the airport. She will make sure everyone submits the refund application correctly before leaving the counter. I must specifically mention this as I have never encountered the same meticulousness with other tour agencies.Tammy is an asset to EU. Though this is my first time following EU tour, I will definitely consider EU for my next tour.I hope to have Tammy in my next tour.

Tammy is a very experienced, dedicated and responsible tour manager. I had developed shoulder tendonitis during the trip and she went all out to help me get medical attention, even accompanying me to the clinic at 2+ am. For the tour itself, the itinerary was pretty good. Hotels are decent. Breakfasts were not that good though.

Tammy is an oustanding Tour Manager, surely one of the best you’ll ever have! She is very knowledgable, organized, patient and completely committed to us for 11 days! Our tour leader is very experienced, professional, detailed and caring to everyone in this tour group. She is informative and helpful and strives to do her best for everyone.Hotel selections are not bad, their breakfast selection is not fantastic though decent.We enjoyed ourselves and had a safe and good holiday!
