Thank you Shiqin for being such a wonderful tour leader. The first day was a tough day because a friend whom i recommended to join Eu Holidays had an old leg injury acting up and was having a tough time catching up,but when we approached Shiqin , she was all ears and was understanding and was quick to adjust the pace .We could see how efficient and responsible she was...one minute she was at the front of the tour group, and the next she was at the back of the group making sure none was left out.(32 in the group)We don't know how she did it, but we were thankful for her constant care and keen eye for details.Throughout the trip, we had lots of laughter and fun and we even dubbed her our Goddaughter. She was also informative , knowledgeable and helpful. We were very pleased that due to her foresight, she managed to arrange the optional tour to Venice in the morning of the last day of the tour.(although we were given to understand during the briefing that this option might be tough to arrange as our flight home was in the mid afternoon and not at night). So thank you Shiqin for a job well done.We herewith wish to also thank all our group tour members for a wonderful and enjoyable trip. From Juat ,Angela and respective Families

We have just returned from our trip to the Balkans with Alan Cheong as the Tour Manager.A tour manager can make or break a trip. We are so glad that we had Alan who was a very dedicated, responsible, patient, positive and entertaining Tour Manager. One week before departure, Alan was already sending updates on the weather and advising us on what to bring for our own comfort. He was very communicative at all times and made sure all our queries were answered. All throughout the trip, he sent us daily updates on weather and timing reminders. He was constantly checking on us, to make sure we are comfortable and our needs are met as much as possible, even in the plane!!With a group of 30 people from different walks of life, it was definitely not easy to manage but he did his job well. He was very good with timing so all our activities were carried out smoothly.Overall, we had a memorable time and we sincerely appreciate Alan for making it a success. Thanks Alan :)

I've just came back from my South Eastern Europe 12 days trip led by Mr Ricky Woo and I want to say a big thank you as we've enjoyed it so.... much. Ricky connected with us even before the trip despite him only back from the previous trip a day before our departure. He has never fail to put our interest before anything at all times to ensure that we receive the best value experience . He was always helpful, patience & approachable. Sometimes he even insist with the local restaurant personnel in certain arrangement which needless to say are for our benefit. At one point where he wasn't feeling well but he still hold it very well. His knowledge on tax refund is definitely much appreciated. Once again, we thank you Ricky for the wonderful arrangement and certainly look forward to your companionship in our future holiday. Good job & do take care. Merry X'mas.

We have just returned from our trip to the Balkans with Ricky Woo as the Tour Manager and we would like to say that Ricky is a very dedicated, responsible and patient Tour Manager. With a group of 40 people from different walks of life, it was definitely not easy to manage and yet, he did not once show any discontent. But he showed professionalism and ensured that everyone’s needs were fulfilled (he evenensured that all our dietary requirements were met). He puts in his best to try to meet all our requirements. His instructions and explanations were clear and concise and he never failed to provide important reminders such as morning call timing, breakfast timing, departure timing, safety reminders, and weather updates. Even though there were many places to visit and some places took more time than expected, Ricky still tries his best to adjust the timing accordingly so that we get to experience more, without compromising the quality of the trip. With his good time management, the trip was a rather relaxing one (we don’t have to rush from one place to another and we covered everything). Other than being professional throughout the trip, Ricky also knows when to have fun with the people in the group. His outgoing personality made the trip especially fun!Overall, we had an awesome trip and we sincerely appreciate Ricky for all his hard work and dedication. Looking forward to having him lead the next trip that we’re going with EU Holidays! Thanks Ricky! :)

Just returned from the trip (12D9N Adventure to the Balkans+1N Venice) led by tour manager, Ricky Woo. Ricky was extremely patient with all 40 of us during our trip, rendering assistance ranging from providing spare travel adaptors to finding missing people, as well as paying close attention to elderly travellers. Ricky was also meticulous in ensuring that we got the special meals that we requested for and did not show the slightest discontent (even when our request was quite troublesome). The hardworking type, he provided reminders on a daily basis without fail, be it via whatsapp or in the coach, giving us weather updates, information on departure time, etc or briefing us on the places we were visiting. Thanks for making our trip a pleasant one, Ricky!

This is our maiden trip with EU and also a last minute trip I decided to undertake with son as a reward for his good A level results before his NS enlistment. I am fortunate to be assisted by your MIss NG Huay Cheng. She is extremely understanding and cheerful! She also possess the can-do attitude and will check with the ticketing staff etc regarding my enquiries efficiently.  We embarked on the 11d8n adventure to the balkans on 24 March 2017 led by your experienced tour guide, MEL. We have gotten good accommodation, super brand new coach with an efficient coach captain who does his job quietly and reasonably good meals throughout the trip.  MEL is a kind lady who treat all with respect. Emergencies were dealt with calmly by her. She is also strong for a lady of her age and would even assist the coach captain on the loading/unloading of our luggages amongst other physical works. Our tour members are super nice and welcoming too We look forward to another trip with EU!

11D8N Adventures to the Balkans (Winter) Departure Date: 24 Mar 17 Tour Manager: Mei Wai Kuan (Mei) Thank you, Mei, for the wonderful tour experience. Her passion and professionalism are certainly second to none when it comes to being a tour manager. Even though the duration of this trip is "not 3 not 4" (quoted from Mei), not long and not short either, it is, in my opinion, the one of the most memorable and enjoyable holiday. Not limiting to what our tour package covers (Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia and Venice), she also entertains enquiries and gives recommendations to each and every tour mates of mine about countries and tour packages to consider based on our preferences for our next escape. And thanks to her, i believe i have made the right choice to place my money and trust in a good tour agency and i will not hesitate to take up a few more tour packages with her as my tour manager.
