Tour guide was responsible, took good care of the group, made sure that everyone was safe. Even till the last minute when we boarded the plane, she was there for us as well. She was patient and gave ample time for each itinerary. She provided us with a few extra itineraries and took extra time to bring us around on a city tour on our free and easy day. e.g. The Liberty Stature on the Gellert Hill at night and Szentendre old town. Also gave us extra time for shopping at Parndorf Factory outlet in Austria. She displayed good knowledge of the place and explained the history of the city well to the group.Points for improvement:- Provide her with a proper phone plan with data so that she can communicate with the group more easily and contact the bus drivers for pickup- Words are harsh at times but she has good insight and is keen to improve- Can be repetitive at times. Need not explain everything too many times.Thank you for the tour.

Just would like to take this opportunity to highlight our satisfaction with the tour as well as our appreciation for Roger Koh for a job well done during our 10D7N Scenic Eastern Europe tour from 2 Dec - 11 Dec.The tour went pretty well in general. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves right from Day 2 when we reached Prague. The snowfall that we experienced that day, together with the buildings in Prague old town, made the entire scenery truly magical. Though we did not get to see anymore snowfall after that, the picturesque scenery in the other old towns like Hallstatt and Budapest still made the entire trip worthwhile and memorable. We also would like to commend our tour manager Roger Koh for his mammoth effort in ensuring that we enjoy our trip. From as early as 1 week before the start of our tour, Roger made the effort to set up a WhatsApp chat group with our group members to keep us updated on the things we need to know.During the tour, Roger used this chat group to keep us updated on important matters as well as to upload all photos he painstakingly took for each one of us throughout the trip on a daily basis - something that we truly appreciate.Throughout the trip, Roger was also tireless in making all of us feel at home. Indeed, he is one of the few tour managers we have encountered during our many package tours whom we feel has really gone beyond expectation to ensure that we all enjoyed our trip.To sum up how we feel, we really hope that EU Holidays will continue to provide good packages like this Eastern Europe one, and that someone like Roger can be assigned as our tour manager when we sign up for another tour package with EU Holidays.

First trip with EU Holidays and am very impressed with the professionalism and great attitude of our Tour Manager – Shi Qin. The whole trip was smoothly ran and even when there’s some issues (under uncontrollable circumstances like airline unable to provide our desired seating arrangements), it was resolved promptly and professionally by Shi Qin. She was attentive to details and always alert to keep us away from dangers and tourist traps.I have with me on this trip my aunty who has some walking difficulties and there was also a member who fell sick in the middle of the trip. She was patient, caring and had went extra miles to ensure they were well taken care of and not left out. Throughout the trip, she also shared interesting facts and information on the destinations and highlighted tips/guides/warnings to the group, which we were all very appreciative of.She was friendly and bonded very well with the group with her all-smiles and humorous small talks. Had my reservations initially about joining a tour group but she had successfully turned my opinions around.Great tour manager and we were truly lucky to have her with us! :)
