Assemble at the airport and depart for Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland.
Before reaching the city, warm yourself up in the amazing Blue Lagoon geothermal spa, which is famous for its healing miner- al-rich waters. The lagoon is surrounded by jet-black basalt lava. At night, enjoy a local dinner of fish and chips with the hyped Icelandic yoghurt, Skyr . This evening, there will be an opportunity to venture out for an Aurora Hunting drive to seek out the famed Northern Lights if weather permits. However, if tonight is not the night, we will venture out the next day instead. Note: We are unable to guarantee that you will observe the Northern Lights as it is a natural phenomenon and is subject to weather conditions.
Kick off the day with a Reykjavik city tour, which starts with Perlan (The Pearl) – a fantastic dome-shaped glass building supported by six massive water tanks, with an impressive water feature that runs from the basement into the atrium. Then, visit the beautiful Höfði House and the Hallgrímskirkja church , where you can view the novel exterior of the Lutheran parish church tower along with the statue of Leifur Eiriksson situated at its front. Enjoy the rest of the day free at your lesiure or consider at optional tour to Reykjanes Geopark, where you can take the sights of Kleifarvatn, Grænavatn lakes, Krýsuvík geothermal area, Gunnuhver steaming mud pools, Reykjanesviti Lighthouse and Valahnúkar cliffs, the Bridge between the continents
Enjoy a free day at leisure, shopping, sightseeing and exploring the city. You could also join an optional tour that departs from Reykjavik, to the Langjökull glacier, Iceland’s second largest glacier. Board a monster truck for a once in a lifetime adventure deep inside one of the world’s largest man made ice caverns. The caverns are composed of an extensive system of tunnels and chambers that stretch close to 300 metres into the solid ice cap towards a breath taking natural ice cave at the heart of the glacier. On the way back to Reykjavík, you will be brought wherever it is most likely to catch a glimpse of the magical Northern Lights.
Embark on Iceland’s classic sightseeing tour – the Golden Circle – to discover some of the most spectacular scenery and historic sites in Iceland. The first stop will be at Thingvellir National Park, a place of historical significance and geological interest. You can also visit the Althing , an open-air assembly in the park where Iceland’s oldest existing parliament first assembled in 930 AD. Next, admire Iceland’s most popular waterfall, the Gullfoss , and if you’re lucky, you may even be able to catch sight of a rainbow arching over the tumbling waters flowing into the deep gorge. Continue on to the nearby geothermal area, a site bubbling with activity and an abundance of hot springs. Here, you will be able to view the lively Strokkur geyser which spouts water 30 metres into the air every 15 minutes. This evening, consider an optional tour to Secret Lagoon, the hot spring nature bath. Locals named it that way because it has only been known to few, up until now. A truly enjoyable way to end the day with a warm relaxing nature bath (there is a full facility with changing rooms, lockers and showers). If the aurora forecast is good, take a walk with your tour manager in s earch of the Northern Lights
Today, we will make our way to Sólheimajökull glacier , an ideal place to view the geomorphological formation and the effects of global warming on glaciers. Along the way to the glacier, we will have a good view of the glacier lagoon and the area around the glacier. When we are at the starting point, an experienced guide will start off with a safety briefing and a short lesson on how to utlise crampons and an ice pick for glacier hiking . Finally arrive at Jökulsárlón , Iceland’s famous glacial lagoon filled with floating icebergs. Enjoy some free time to explore this extraordinary wonder of nature, where you may even be lucky enough to see some seals. Tonight, If the aurora forecast is good, take a walk with your tour manager in search of the Northern Lights. Note: Glacier walk are subject to weather conditions and are for age 10years above.
Enjoy a stroll along the black sandy shores of Reynisfjara Beach and see the magic of nature in the form of its famous basalt columns that stacks up into the shape of a pyramid. Next, we will continue to Skogafoss waterfall, one of the biggest waterfalls in the country. Due to the amount of spray the waterfall consistently produces, a single or double rainbow is normally visible on sunny days. Finally, we wrap up the day with a scenic drive and a view of Iceland’s natural beauty and stop at the unique Seljalandsfoss waterfall, a narrow cascade plunging over a 60-metre high cliff. You may even venture on the footpath leading to the back of the waterfall for a different perspective and equally breath-taking pictures.
Enjoy the rest of your day at your leisure till it is time to transfer to the airport for your flight home.

This is the first time i joined EU holiday and definitely not my last. I must compliment your company for having such an experienced and excellent tour manager. What Rocardo delivered was far exceeded my expectation. Because of him we warmed up to each other real fast and touring around like a big family. He is knowledgable and love to share what he knows down to how to tie our winter scaves to keep ourselves warm. He was sincere, caring, unpretentious n very passionate abt his job. He made sure we are comfortable and dressed up warmly and appropriately before we depart to each destination. He was very observant and knew each of his customers well. I have read much abt the Icelandic horses n expressed my wish to see one as this was not included in our itinerary, what a pleasant surprise when i found myself in a farm next thanks to Ricardo's arrangement. I m really grateful and appreciate his effort. He was also very obliging and patience in helping us taking many beautiful photographs. What i enjoyed most was his hillarious jokes! My hats off to him! We laughted non-stop through out our journey!A good tour manager does make a lot of difference in one's trip. Please convey my sincere thanks to Ricardo for giving us such a good memory in our trip to Iceland.

My first time joining EU.Ricardo is a very experienced tour guide. He’s different from the rest ofhe tour guides that I’ve met. His unorthodox ways breaks ice between awkward and unfamiliar people fast enough for them to become family within days. His hilarious , dramatic and explosive expressions made our stomach cramped with laughters. Yet, he’s a very detailed man. He make sure we are all dressed appropriately and warm enough for our activities. He will go to each and everyone of us and check from heads to toes. He carries lots of heat pad to make sure we don’t get cold. He also ensure our hands are well moisturized by going round and round with hand creams.... (the list goes on)...He’s informative and enthusiastic about his work. He learned on e job and raised questions to the local guides. He passed strong messages about saving the earth. Ricardo takes beautiful photos. He’s ever so obliging and eager to take photos for us. He even taught us how to pose. He will stand by the cliff or lie on the freezing ice just to capture a perfect angle. Thanks for such a memorable and entertained trip. This is my BEST guided tour ever...  We will definitely want to join his tour the next time.

It was my first time joining EU for a vacation , together with my wife, my eldest son and daugther in law and my in laws ,too. I am quite a seasoned traveller and have been joining tours travelling. Europe is quite familiar but Iceland is a brand new destination. From the first day departure at the airport ,meeting Ricky for the first time , didn't think too much of him but just another tour guide. My perception of him changed thoroughly as the tour proceeded and I must say I am impressed and enjoyed his way of handling the whole tour. He was very professional, doing all the right things at the right times. He kept us informed of the daily programs, departure time and briefed us before hand what to expect and be prepared accordingly. He will joked and tell interesting stories during long bus ride to keep us entertained and not bored . His little gestures of giving out tidbits and poKing funsat some of the tour members making us feeling thoroughly at ease and in joyful moods. The weather was excellent though freezing cold and we were very lucky to be able to see the northern lights in our first night outing !Throughout the tour ,Ricky has been most helpful to help to take pictures for all of us. He was most obliging and will help everyone who needed pictures taken, in freezing cold weather, this was most welcome and I am sure most of us really appreciated. The whole tour was almost incident free and went on smoothly , and once again , I would like to thank Ricky for a job well done , cheers !
