We have had a great holiday from Europe trip recently, and thank you EU holidays for assign Sebastian as our tour manager. He not only shared with us historical, knowledge of religion, all about local information we needed to know and but also very patient, responsible, kind and helpful. I would like to compliment Jimmy Lau who was our tour manager for more my recent 12D/9N Spain/Portugal tour. Starting from the briefing he has already gone the extra miles to form a group chat, asked us for our seat and food preference.He slso takes the initiative to make sure the family are seated in the plane together. He is also very knowledgeable especially the option tour to Fatimah. He did the commentary himself saving us some money for the option tour without engaging a local guide thus giving us more free time to do what we want at Fatimah.He also made good recommendations for meals on oor own.He also help us all the way with our tax refund.I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for taking good care of me as I was travelling alone as my friend cannot make it to the trip at the last moment.Celestine Chan
