10D7N Italy Fiesta25May-3June 2018Tour Manager: Jia FuProbably my best trip and tour manager with EU!My group consist of 48ppl and my initial thoughts were like there’ll be lots of waiting time and hard to keep up with our tour manager... but to my surprise, everything works out well! The itinerary was well planned and very informative explanation of all the places of interest Jiafu was very helpful and caring towards all of us! He was really humorous as well, really glad to have him as my tour manager! Everything went smoothly and I would want another trip with EU Props to Jiafu
Hi I wanted to give a review of my tour in your facebok but had problems doing so. Below is my feedback on the trip. I joined the EU Italy Fiesta tour with a group of friends in Jun 18. We chose EU because the pricing was reasonable for a 10-day tour to Italy and it came with 2 free nights in Dubai. Such a good deal was unbelievable! And of course such a good deal proved to be attractive to many people because we ended up with 48 pax in our group. Given the large group size, we were blessed to have a very professional tour manager assigned to our group. Jiafu is highly experienced and is very service oriented. He is quick witted and is good at problem solving. Given a big group with different profile of people from different countries Jiafu did an excellent job trying to engage everyone to really come together to enjoy ourselves. He was friendly and approachable and was effectively bilingual. He was very knowledgeable about Europe and gave us many useful tips eg what to eat, what to buy, what brands to consider, how to do tax refund. He bought us local snacks, even wine to go with the song and dance, helped to carry luggages and even had to forgo his lunch to help a family made a police report for the loss of wallet. He was always ready to go the extra mile for his customers - e.g he made personal sacrifice by giving up his room for me when the hotel made a mistake about our room allocation. He had to move to another hotel nearby. He also ensured that our seats for the meals were allocated each time so that we could enjoy our meals in the company of our families and friends. He also changed our coach to one with better air-conditioning to make us more comfortable with the hot summer in Italy. Jiafu is indeed an outstanding tour manager who has made this an amazing trip for all of us ! The trip turned out to be better than expected. The food was good although the Italians could do it better, the hotels were clean and comfortable except for one of them, the itinerary was well planned with ample of free time for selfies, group pictures and shopping. And I love the Cinque Terre and the Sistine chapel! Looking forward to another awesome trip with EU. SB Chen 13 Jun 18.

Hi,I am writing to express my appreciation to EU which has offered us a very memorable tour to Italy+Dubai last month. A group of six of us from Penang enrolled to the tour after recommendation from a family member. Even though we are not from Singapore, the distance hasn’t proved to be any difficulties for the entire process. From enquiry, registration, deposit/final payments until the final tour briefing, everything is being done at ease through email/ online system. The staffs from EU have been very professional and helpful, special thanks to Connie Hay and Michael Yap (our tour manager). The tour itself is joyful and memorable and full of excitements. The itinerary is well planned. Along the journey even there were some delay on the schedule due to some unexpected issue, the tour manager Mr. Yap was able to manage it through with least impact to the tour. The most pleasant surprise of the tour is the excursion to Pompeii on the second day at Rome which Mr. Yap managed to arrange for us! We didn’t expect at all we can have the chance to visit this legendary archaeology site which is definitely worthwhile. Also worth mention is the additional shopping trip to Noventa Di Piave designer outlet at Venice which Mr. Yap managed to arrange for us on the last day of our tour at Italy. This is not mentioned in the original itinerary and is definitely a big bonus to some of our hard core shoppers! The two days at Dubai is another highlight of the tour where we got a convenient chance to visit this amazing desert city. The safari tour is something one should not miss! We enjoyed so much! May it be the wild ride through desert on the luxurious Toyota Land Cruiser, or the dinner served at the desert camp with sunset as background and with the very fantastic cultural shows performance. The accommodation and meals arranged are good enough though there are room to further improve for sure.Last but not least, we will like to deliver our utmost appreciation to our tour manager Mr. Michael Yap for his very professional and caring service rendered to the tour throughout the trip. He is such a funny and yet caring guy who has made the trip such a memorable one. His extensive service even include showing us how to make the best photo poses for the various iconic places in Italy, eg. at the Pisa tower! Thank you very much, Michael! So will I recommend EU to my friends and family? Oh yes! Of course I will.Sincerely, LM & the gang from Penang

This is our second tour package with EU Holidays. First was last year (Apr-2017) when we took the Europe Highlights package and the experience was great! So for this year, we got the Italy Fiesta package, mainly because this is the only package that fits my family’s schedule. We have a very competent Tour Manager. Our Tour Manager, Wang Jiafu, (also known as Michael by the local Tour Guides) is very organized and very professional. He provided us with the day’s itinerary as well as expectations for the succeeding day’s tour plan. He is also very quick to adjust to situations to ensure we enjoy the tour. One example is the coach’s aircon system encountered some problem and immediately he coordinated for replacement. He was also very effective in keeping a group of 48 persons in order and happy throughout the tour. The city tours were great and the local Tour Guides were friendly and knowledgeable about the places we visited.I believe the overall tour experience was great! We enjoyed the scenic and historical places we visited. We also marvelled at the magnificent structures, statues, paintings, well preserved medieval villages and churches.Jiafu made one dinner arrangement a night to remember. There was a photographer taking photos as family enters the restaurant and photo souvenir was distributed to each family/group. The dinner was a full meal course with wine. And lastly, there was a performance by a local singer to end the night. The hotel accommodations were good except for one. I believe this can still be improved.Kudos to Jiafu for a job well done!
First time with EU holiday tour .The tour manager Jun Bin is very good, friendly and easy going person. He will alway remind us beware of safety ,pick pocket and introduce us nice food.In first 2 day, the hotel room provide us single bed which we actually request for kingsize bed.He manage to help us to change in last few day.in 4th and 5th day, the hotel provided air con is spoil. We request for changing hotel and he try his best to help us and solve the hotel problem.1 of the tour member had lost her wallet and Jun Bin had help her and guide her what to do as well.Thank for Jun Bin and wish you all the best.
Just got back from this trip and we had an enjoyable time. It was our first long haul trip to a far away region and the first time we joined a tour (partly because we wanted to avoid the hassle of having to plan our own itinerary but the more important reason was because of concerns about the safety of Italy. The rumours about Italy are not just simply rumours after all.) Despite the fact that the duration was rather short, the entire trip did not feel too rushed and we had sufficient time to take lovely photos and even some free time to tour around the places ourselves. In fact, we covered a considerable number of important landmarks that I feel, everyone should visit at least once in his life. Our tour manager is a helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful person. We feel that a lot of credit should be given to him for enabling the trip to proceed and end smoothly. When we encountered issues that arose along the way, he was often swift to resolve them and handled them well.Accommodations were generally satisfactory, except for one that was visibly less pleasant. Quite a number of meals were provided for (pretty decent) and when they were not, our tour guide would recommend us that particular place's specialty. We are grateful that our first trip with eu ended on a high note. Thank you!
Being in my mid 20s I always thought that being in a tour will never be as fun as FnE (Free and Easy). But I could never be more wrong.~*About the trip*~I thought it was going to be very very rushed like any typical tour. But nope! We were given sufficient and reasonable amount of free time to both eat and walk about the locations. Best of all. The time to slp was sufficient! I didn't have to wake up at weird timings just to rush to another location. Most of the hotels chosen were very cozy and nice (except one hotel which was abit underwhelming but still liveable. Just unfortunately that one hotel pales in comparison to the previous hotels. )The local tour guides and bus drivers chosen were also very informative, friendly and patient with our singapore tour family. ~*About our Tour Manager*~When I first heard our tour group was a pax of 48. I got a shock out of my life! That's slightly more than the size of a classroom! I thought it's going to be havoc. But once again I am proven how very wrong I was. All we needed was a very efficient and steady pom pi pi (very responsible, able to work well under pressure) tour manager and that's what we got. Not only was the trip not havoc but it was more orderly and smooth than any of the other tours that I have been to.Jia Fu was very professional and calm in handling the whole tour family. He handled every single issue and question professionally, reasonable and efficiently. The check-ins to each hotel for a group of 48 was very smooth. On top of the excellent and very admirable tour managing skills, he was also a great friend to all of us, chitchatting with everyone, joking with everyone and most importantly care for the people in the tour family who requires help or need more care when walking between locations. And seriously, I really applaud the amount of knowledge Jia Fu has. You are able to sense the passion in his explanations and experiences. Thank you once again for all the hard work put in to taking care of this big tour family Jia Fu! ~*All in all*~This was the best tour i ever joined and will definitely choose EU holidays again.Job well done
During our tour, Rin was very meticulous and is always ensuring that everything goes smoothly. This not only included logistical matters but also our experience during the tour especially when she helped us with our transfer to London. From smooth check ins to informative commentaries of the places we visited in both English and Mandarin, Rin always had our backs and more, taking special efforts to go many extra miles to ensure that our experience was pleasant and enjoyable as possible. My family and I enjoyed the tour very much and are really pleased with Rin's service and will recommend this tour to anyone seeking to explore Europe.
It was my first time joining EU Holidays and it has been one of my best trips! Firstly, thank you Tammy for being the most wonderful tour manager I’ve ever had! Tammy is really thoughtful and caring - bringing sunblock, bar snacks, cup noodles (and even chopsticks) and vitamin C (for ferry rides) and so on. To add on, she even brought vegetarian/vegan snacks for my mom and friend who are vegetarian and vegan respectively, ensuring they have enough to eat due to diet restrictions. Tammy has also gone to an extra mile to make the trip more enjoyable by waking up early to watch sunrises with us which was out of the itinerary and also organising informal gatherings at night to chill and just live in the moment. Tammy also tried to engage conversations with every family, joked around and bonded the tourmates, making everyone feel at home. Her cheerful disposition had definitely made the tour more fun and enjoyable! It was an honour to have Tammy as my tour manager, would definitely get Tammy again the next time I join EU. :-)Also, the accommodation (Saint John) in Mykonos was amazing! Serves the best breakfast, has the most breathtaking views, excellent customer service and just beside the sea! I had such a wonderful time staying there. However, there are some parts of the tour that can be improved. First would be the quality of food which was rather inconsistent throughout the tour. Second would be the arrangement of itinerary i.e. i feel that the city tour in Athens should be placed on the first day! Overall, the tour was a really great one, definitely worth it!
10D7N Eastern Europe (31 May - 9 Jun)Tour Manager : Paul TeeImpeccable service that money can't buy. Mr Tee is a host with the mostest, cherubic, warm and very 'on the ball'. Great sights, good food, relaxed pace & surprisingly very clean toilets. The trip changed my mind about Eastern Europe. Thank you for the memories.

Europe wasn’t in our trip options at first, but I’m glad we made the final decision to join EU holidays on this 12days Balkans trip that we really enjoyed. At the various itinerary stops, sufficient time was allocated for us to explore the place and take beautiful photographs. We also really appreciate the walking guides as it gave us a lot more freedom to walk at our own pace while still being able to hear what the guides were saying. Local food was great and most hotels were also fantastic, with spacious rooms and beautiful views. Apart from the picturesque scenery, the service provided by EU Holidays also contributed to this pleasant experience. We would like to specially thank our tour manager Ricky Tiang for always going an extra mile to ensure that we customers are happy. During the walking tours when the local guides introduce the cities to us, they would sometimes use words and terms which we are not very familiar with. For example, they would use architecture jargons when introducing buildings which we are not very familiar with. Ricky will then use the time on our long bus rides to explain to us what those terms mean. Apart from that, he also likes to share his knowledge on the history and fun stories of places we are visiting, which makes visiting those locations much more meaningful. The recommendations he gave us on the optional activities using his knowledge and experience were also very good and we surely do not regret going for them. Not forgetting the porridge and tom yam he prepared for everyone in the tour group for breakfast when he realise we might be missing home food. They tasted really good! He also used his own money to buy little snacks for us to eat on the bus, or local food from there to try before we decide if we want to buy. During our final stop in Munich when we needed some advice on watches, he also acted as a watch encyclopaedia, introducing to us the various models and functions of watches he knew. His interaction with our fantastic coach captain was also really funny to watch. Lastly, we would like to thank our coach captain for bringing us from one place to another safely, and for being fun and helping us haul luggages everyday. EU Holidays will definitely be our preferred choice for future holidays and we will recommend them to our friends as well!
My first visit to the two countries and also my first engagement of EU Holidays. Niagara Falls is fantastic and definitely worth a visit, exciting up-close encounter to the 2 smaller falls - American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls by foot (please opt for the optional tour - Cave of the winds!) and the bigger falls - Horseshoe by cruise. City visits in the States were also nice - good mix of history (Philadelphia & Washington DC), great city vibes (Boston & NYC) and fantastic shopping at Woodbury outlet (a day is too short!).We also got ourselves a great tour manager - Andy Yuan, which adds to the fun of the trip. He takes good care of the group and is meticulous with his tips/directions as we navigated through the tourist spots. Bonus - he is humorous and his frequent jokes definitely made the road trips (which were long and numerous!!) much less boring. My main complaint of the tour - it was too ambitious, trying to cover so many cities. City visits in Canada were basically touch and go and in some, reduced to just touring of Parliament Houses. Wish EU could eliminate visits to Toronto and Ottawa and instead spend more time in interesting ones like Quebec and Montreal.Overall trip was enjoyable and incident-free except for a small hiccups at the end of losing my watch - forgot to retrieve from the basket when going through security check at airport, inspite of Andy’s reminder!
Thanks Tammy, who is such a fabulous tour manager, for giving us this wonderful and unforgettable 10 days trip. She took care of everyone so well, brought her own snacks, sunblock for us. When my bf and I didn't feel so well during the transit, she offered her vitamin C to make us feel better. She really took care of us in detail. The most touching part is that Tammy specially went out to search for my birthday cake, sacrificed her meal when we were having Michelin dinner in Athens and gave me a really big surprise with all our tour members singing happy birthday songs to me. She planned all of these with utmost care. Therefore, i will say Tammy is really an excellent tour manager and i will definitely follow her in the future. She made this trip really an amazing one with all the joy and laughter. We all felt like family during these 10 days.Only there are few points which can improve better in the future:1.The optional tour of paradise beach was not that interesting. Hope can add few more itineraries on that day in Mykonos. 2. Hope we can get to choose which restaurants to eat for our everyday's optional lunch instead of bringing us to the restaurant and make us choose what we want to order from the menu. All in all, it's a wonderful trip. We had a blast. Thank you so much Tammy.<333
Due to a last minute change of personal travel plans, I booked EU Holidays 13-day Switzerland, Italy and Paris tour package. This is the first time I have ever been on a full board package tour and was relatively apprehensive and hesistant as I wasn't sure if I would get used to the pace and idea of travelling with such a big group of peopleThroughout the entire journey, I was very impressed by how efficient and organised my tour leader Rin is. She is really a good tour manager. Rin and EU holidays took care of all the logisitics and nitty gritty details so that all of us could have fun while they deal with all the headache. I particularly appreciate her efforts in ensuring our safety. Where we go, she constantly reminded us to be careful of pickpockets, luggage thefts and other petty criminals. This is especially so in Italy and Paris. Due to her constant care and reminders, I believe none of our tour members lost our belongings to petty crime. She would make extra efforts to take a second glance at all the coaches, restaurants and places we have been at so that none of us accidentally leaves our belongings behind. I really feel very safe with her. Because of that, I can really let my hair down and appreciate all that Europe has to offer to me as a holidayer. She also made special efforts to make sure that she helped all of us take really nice photos and forward all these photos and videos to us vide whatsapp chats. This is on top of her already rigorous workload as a tour manager coordinating all our logistics, hotel rooms, meals and tickets etc.EU Holidays certainly changes my perception of a full board tour package and I will definitely consider going on another trip with them in future.
It was my first time travelling with EU and this trip definitely did not disappoint. The itinerary was well planned with sufficient amount of time at each stop. It was rather warm in Italy, hence the first bus was indeed too stuffy and definitely lacked any form of comfort. However, Jia Fu was efficient and prompt in changing our bus to one with a more powerful air-conditioning. All the hotels were good, especially for the last two days, except for the one in Sienna as we had to drag all of our baggages and shopping bags at a distance, crossing 2 roads, to reach the hotel. All in all, Jia Fu was a great tour manager and had taken care of all 48 (ranging from 1 to 70/80plus years old) of us really well. I personally enjoyed learning the culture and history of not only Italy, but various parts of Europe shared by Jia Fu. It was indeed an insightful and memorable trip! Thank you :)
