Please take note that the email was a spam mail. If you have opened, clicked on the link and keyed in your credentials, here are the recommended actions steps for your follow-up action : 

• Changed the affected account and password
• Inform your local IT regarding this incident

Otherwise, please do not click on the link in the email, and delete the email immediately. 

Measures to ensure  that this does not happen again are being implemented.
